I always enjoy coming here, but pricing could be hit or miss. The customer service was friendly and helpful. I needed to print photos and they were able to help me through the whole process. The only thing was that if someone needed help with the copy machine I would have to wait. Well someone needed a lot of help so I was wait for about 10 mins until they were done. Even though I pass by Office Depot almost every time I go to the Aldi in Altamonte Springs, it was not till recently that I went in, twice! I'd like to think that they haven't outlived their usefulness; after all, I did buy a laptop from Office Max one time, for our son, and didn't I get that printer from Staples (albeit online)? Since I've been contemplating getting new laptop to replace mine, which is well over 5 years-old, I thought I'd give them a look-see. It was pretty depressing. I thought about Circuit City and how they're just a footnote now in the annals of American retailers, along with the likes of Sears and HH Gregg, both former retail power players from whom I acquired many major items, but now all but a faded shadow of their former presence (HH Gregg is online only these days). Sure staff was still able to squeeze a smile and be helpful, but the place was just ...desolate. Never mind the absence of customers, their laptop 'display' comprised a mix of actual product being there, and a metaphor-rich line of cardboard cutouts. I did find a wireless mouse that I was looking for - but still not sure if I'll be keeping it. read more

This Office Depot is a solid spot to stock up on essentials. I came in for 5 boxes of copier paper and was able to find it easily. The staff are what make this a good location. I couldn't find a cart, so a team member went out to the parking lot to get one for me. Before I even checked out, another team member saw how much I was buying and told me to let them know when I went out so they could load my car for me. Traffic wasn't great, so I opted to push my cart out to the car rather than pull up. A team member noticed and walked out to my car and loaded it up for me. The customer service was great! read more

Five star rating for the awesome employees at this location. When I go shopping here, it's always in bulk for work. They are always patient and knowledgeable when helping me locate items in the store. They even help you order items online and ship it to the store if something is not in stock. The sales are great as well. Teachers get a discount and don't have to pay tax on items. read more

I WATCHED AN EMPLOYEE OPEN A CUSTOMERS PACKAGE THAT had was taped, labeled and was dropped off. This is a FEDERAL OFFENSE. Office Depot and Office Max employees have no grounds to open up packages. This is USPS job, not the employees. Also, it seems like this place has made up some rules regarding what they're able to do in the CPC (Copy Print Center) as all the Office Depots and Office Max in the areas have never heard of these "corporate rules" that this Office Depot states they have to follow. Drive the extra couple miles and go somewhere else. read more

I'm leaving this review strictly because of the copy machines here. Over the last two months this particular location has been down to one copy machine. Every time I go to get copies made, I have to stand in line and wait for the person in front of me to finish. If they had two, this might not happen. But since it's been over a month, and the copy machines are still not fixed, I would highly suggest that you just drive across town to Staples. Because the time you have to spend here waiting is not worth it. Maybe management will read this review and decide to do something about it. After all, this is a multi-million dollar corporation. If they can't keep it copiers running, Lord knows what else they're slacking in. read more

Office Depot is located at the corner of 436 and 434 in Altamonte Springs FL. I've shopped here a lot over the years, as my office is a few miles down the road. Prices and fine and sale items are usually in stock. However, a good deal of the time, sale prices aren't in the system when you check out. So, keep an eye on things. Last trip the customer in front of me had 3 things not ring correctly and my purchase didn't ring with the sale price, either. Staff is nice, but the checking out process takes awhile. Wish there were more registers open. Printing and copying side is very helpful and does a great jobs with small or large jobs. Have had special items ordered in, binded projects and other various things over the years. read more

This location is great, the staff were all really helpful, many people asked me if I needed help with anything. I was here to make 100 copies and Rosa made the process really easy, not to mention she was so sweet and her makeup was amazing. The store itself is fine with the usual items. You can usually get cheaper elsewhere but sometimes they will price match. Unfortunately you get cheated not its by this store, but by the Corporate Office on ink rewards. I have waited 3 months to get MY $20 reward plus a promised $10 and Nothing ever happened. Every time I call or chat with customer service, the canned answer is the same: "I see they are processing your rewards, which usually happens on the weekend." Ridiculous because no one works on Sunday and I am still waiting. I feel cheated. I could have taken my ink somewhere else to get recycled! Ugh read more

I just went there try to print 2 color pictures and they make me wait more than 30 minutes and still can get it done. I wait there and people look at me make me feel stupid. The most embarrass thing was the lady name Rosa kind like " your urgent is none my business". Don't recommend Home Depot in this lactation. read more
