Mary is incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. The daycare provides breakfast and lunch, and sometimes we even receive photos of the kids cooking together--making cookies and cakes--which is so wonderful to see. Our daughter has learned so much here. She knows many songs and dances, and sometimes she surprises us with how quickly she learns. We love watching her sing "Wheels on the Bus" and dance to "Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes" with us at home. The daycare also offers outdoor playtime. The family home has a large courtyard with slides and water activities, which the kids really enjoy. We also receive photos every day, so we can stay connected and see what they are doing. Mary puts a lot of care into celebrating each child. She organizes beautiful birthday parties and takes lovely photos--our daughter always looks so happy. During holidays, they prepare special activities as well. For example, for Mother's Day, the kids made paintings and small gifts. At Halloween, they were given pumpkins to take home. Most importantly, our daughter has learned many important skills here--from basic greetings to following social rules and interacting with others. We are so grateful for this daycare and highly recommend it to other families.

The owner Mahnaz (who I previously thought was a sweet woman) will not admit to illegally…read morerestraining my son when she did. We didn't make a big deal of it at the time even though I knew it was wrong and kept receipts (and immediately asked her not to use that chair anymore). We looked past it because she took good care of our son and I know there was no ill-will. But did we get the same kindness and respect in-kind? Nope. Her policy is 14-day withdrawal notice or she keeps the deposit. We told her on a Monday that next Friday will be our last day with her, which is technically only 12 days. Sigh. So she is refusing on a technicality of 2 weekend days. No deposit because of 2 days when we understood that we WERE giving the necessary 2-week notice without counting days off on a calendar? Come ON. We still paid for probably 3-5 weeks of non-care for holidays and spring break etc. Zero complaints from us ever. The deposit is less than the cost of one week's tuition. As a business owner myself that really irks me as super poor customer service and bad business practice. Not to mention you KNOW you're gonna get bad reviews online, over $350?? Sadly this is just another cutthroat heartless business that doesn't give a crap about you as a human being/parent. So let's look at it with that cold objective lens as a licensed daycare business. This daycare broke a big children's personal right by using a restraint devices where physical safety was not being threatened. And worst of all, lying about it. Again we never filed a complaint because we aren't unreasonable. But now she is blatantly lying and saying the seat did not have a buckle, my son could easily get out himself, and that she stopped using it on her own accord because it wasn't working to help my son focus (so many lies, I asked her to stop). Does this seat look like a "normal" seat that a child can get out of himself when it has a TRAY attached? She could not answer me when directly asked. Notice how low to the ground my son is, in relation to the other children. If it was a normal chair, did the daycare just run out of chairs?! I will let the photos speak for themselves. Why is Mahnaz lying?? Could it be because she knows she did something she REALLY wasn't supposed to do and legally can't admit fault? Look at the EVIDENCE directly contradicting what she's saying? Reputation instantly ruined by lying.

Ms. Minoo brought us immediate peace of mind. From the start, we felt like we were partnering together to care for our son. She helped him transition beautifully, and he quickly became happier, more social, and excited to go to daycare each day. Sometimes he'd run straight in to play with his friends at drop-off! We especially appreciated how caring, attentive, and thoughtful she was with his individual needs, including working with us during potty training and being mindful of his allergy.
