They did refer me to a dentist in West Bend and, fortunately, that office was able to see me. However, Kewaskum Dental did not inform that other provider that I would be coming. I find it odd and a bit concerning that a dentist from Kewaskum Dental would not alert the covering provider about my procedure or that I would be needing an appt. As a Registered Nurse, it surprises me that a professional handoff was not conducted. And, no one from Kewaskum Dental has reached back out to me to ensure that I am okay and that my current needs have been met. This has become a very unpleasant experience and I will not be going back. A beautiful building and lovely interiors does not always equate with exceptional care.

When I called and wanted the explanation of a charge that was not estimated. I was sent to the billing department. Where the lady kept talking down to me, without listening to me. We had a seven minute conversation and she started to accuse me of yelling at her which I told her I was not doing. She then placed me on a 4 minute hold. When she came back she said that the doctor was not in she talked to his Son. Who said that when I come in for my next appointment I should discuss it with The doctor. (No resolution) If this is a portion the insurance did not pay. It should be labeled that way. Not as an additional line item labeled something else.

Through out the procedure, my pain was constantly there first concern. I was given multiple additional shots as they said, it turns out my canine was a "hot" tooth. The chair massaged me and Amber brought me a glass of water and a heated neck wrap. She even brought my wife back, who was waiting in the lobby; while I was getting numb. She was a very proactive and thoughtful assistant. Doctor Cook was a complete professional and her chair side manner was top shelf.
