While they have high quality knives, the blades haven't been sharpened in ages. I searched high and low for a local knife sharpener but came up empty handed. Then I found Frank. I was going to be in South Jersey for a wedding and visiting Philly as well so I figured I could swing by at some point. Because my schedule kept changing, I ended up having multiple conversations with Frank to find a time that would work for both of us. Despite his shop being closed, he let me come by on a Sunday after 5pm. Talk about incredible service! Frank's shop has all kinds of cool local woodwork, handicrafts, and signs to browse while you wait the few minutes for your knives to be ready. He also has an adorable, friendly pup named Brandon.
