Although I was not in a hurry for the service, Moe asked if he could come to my home in the next couple of days to assess the situation...which he did upon setting up a service call. He arrived on time, removed & took my vertical blind track back to his shop, and returned 2 days later with his son Nathan with the less expensive solution completed. Moe & Nathan added a couple of details to the existing blinds at no charge whatsoever. They even repaired a vertical blind at no charge. She came to my house stating she was starting her own company business. Measured gave price and asked for cash deposit. Her husband came with her to measure also. She then made appointments and was constantly changing date or being very late. She said she was working with a new company and blinds would be less expensive. I had to insist I wanted same options as with original quote. She came back and remeasured. She stated blinds would be installed on July 3 and I reminded her it was a long week-end. She said no problem they would be at my house at 9:30 AM. She called and said it was raining and she didn't want to get boxes wet. I suggested she place them in trash bag and cover them. Finally at 2:30 she said she could not make it. I was tired of her procrastinations and never being on time so I told her I no longer wanted blinds. Later her husband called and asked how to rectify this situation and that he had them in his car so I told him the only I would accept these blinds would be with an adjusted price. He said he would call me on Friday and install them on Sunday at adjusted price. She started texting that her husband had no authority to speak for her or the supposedly family business and after numerous texts with me not agreeing to her offers I finally said I'm done with you. She is undependable, and therefore I caution anyone wanting to use Premier Shades and Shutter with Brandi Napier.
