They attempted to charge for 1109 sf when the space only measures (by their measurements) 1003 sf. The explanation was that the customer is paying for the excess tile required to install the floor tile. (Waste due to cuts). I explained that he can not charge me an install price of the total amount of tile purchase, he can only charge me for the tile ACTUALLY installed. They are overcharging EVERY customer by the 10% overage that they purchase. It's a SCAM. They apparently do it with carpet as well. People only pay for what's installed not for what's purchased! SCAMMING THE ELDERLY.

RJ in "Garage Door Dept" gave me a verbal estimate that he said he'd follow-up with a line-item, email quote and scheduled the installation for an early AM 3 days later. As scheduled, Joe arrived timely, replaced the weather stripping, removed the prior 1/2 HPc MVP door opener, installed the new Liftmaster garage door opener and wall control unit, synchronized the 2 remote controllers, and showed me how to create a combination for the exterior, wireless keypad.
