I agreed since that was an act of nature that impacted his worker. Then after a few weeks, I tried calling, texting, emailing multiple times to no response. Eventually I got ahold of him after 2 months and he had said he had COVID and was hospitalized. Now it has been another month since our last contact from the business owner and there has been no further outreach regarding finishing the contract. The screens part of the installation was nice, but our frame still looks like shit since it still hasn't been power washed. I am torn, but due to the continuous lack of communication and not completing the job we contracted, I can't recommend this business at this time.
