Horrid. Jake took a ride request via phone, showed up, got us all the way to the resort and said it was cash only. No other options but paying in cash of which we had no cash with us only credit cards Venmo or Zelle. They then threatened to call the police on us leave with our skis or they were gonna take us back to the resort. Which is what he did. If you're looking for a masterclass in deception and disappointment, look no further. We called this so-called "shuttle service," and the one-man operation behind it lied to us not once, not twice, but three times about his arrival time. Each time, we were assured he was "10-15 minutes away"--which, as it turns out, is just code for "never showing up." I've never felt compelled to leave a review in my life, but this was hands down the worst service experience I've ever encountered. I'm genuinely impressed by this guy's commitment to not making money--a bold strategy for someone running a business. If you're into frustration, wasted time, and an existential crisis about why you trusted this service in the first place, then by all means, book a ride. Otherwise, run--preferably in the opposite direction, because you'll probably get to your destination faster on foot. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Shuttle Connections during our vacation in NH. Our group had traveled out from out of state to have a weekend out at Loon & Lincoln; when we went to travel out to downtown Lincoln we had called the Shuttle Connection three times while waiting outside at the decided time, without zero communication and also rudely hanging up on some of our group members, on three occasions the driver did not show up. I took a bus up to Lincoln from Boston for the week. I was leery that I would be reliant on the Shuttle Connection. Luckily, the Shuttle picked me up everytime I called. Typically no more than a 10-15 minute wait. I had 3 drivers throughout the week Bobby, Merrick, and Julie. All 3 were very friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable about the area. I wouldn't hesitate to rely on them in the future. I'd like to add a few suggestions from a customers point of view... $20 ($8 fare + $2 tip) to go round-trip into town a mile or two each time really adds up. A pass punch card type option would be helpful. Maybe like 10 trips for $xx. Also, the cash only payment is really inconvenient. I had to stop twice at an ATM. Maybe add Venmo or something as an alternative?? The weekly pass would solve this problem as well. read more

Should've believed the Yelp reviews before trying to get on to this shuttle. Advice for the person who answers the phone - if you hate your job so much, quit. Do not ruin people's well earned vacation with your rudeness. If someone is in Lincoln and calling your service, they're already in a spot so at least have the decency to provide proper instructions for availing the shuttle rather than angrily hanging up. Get a car/hitch a ride/walk (like we did if you can) BUT do not rely on this service to show up. read more

The absolute worst service. I called multiple times and they never have a vehicle available to pick me up. Not even as far in advance as four days. Because of them I had to spend the night stranded in a town I didn't know until someone took pity on me and took me to my hotel. read more

Ok, so it's wonderful that there's at least 1 taxi service in this area, since it tends to be a pretty serious vacation spot almost year-round. It is NOT wonderful that they charge 5 dollars PER PERSON whether or not you're going to the same place! Seriously, they should really look into either using regular cab fare rates, or establishing flat rates for mileage, not the number of people!! read more

As a wedding venue we work with Shuttle Connection a lot and they are incredibly prompt and accommodating. They have made special trips to make sure that everyone using them arrives home safe and sound and their vehicles are in great shape. Highly recommended. In response to the other review, there IS another taxi service in the area, Dave's Taxi which is more like a traditional taxi service. Horrible. Called to book a pick up for a wedding. They said no reservation needed. they said that they would be available. Called multiple times with 2 hours and he never showed. The wedding party was stuck with out a ride. The driver told me we all get bent over now and then. Hope they go out of business. Very sad. read more

I'd have given it a minus rating but that's not an option. Beware: this is a shady business. The lady was rude and horrible. She wasn't helpful one bit. She should have understood if someone needs a ride in this part of the town, he/she is a tourist and needs more information. She kept changing the time each time I checked with her. We ended up walking for an hour thanks to her inefficiency. She has just one job, i.e. to book rides for customers and she sucks at that. I hope this business shuts down because they clearly don't care about servicing customers. read more

NYE 2013, used this shuttle to go from our hotel to the Woodstock Station. $5 bucks a person was fine. We even gave the driver a $7 tip. When the night was over, no shuttle. We called, phone off the hook. The 4 of us had to walk the two miles back to the hotel in 6 degree weather on snowy roads. These people dont care about their customers. They promised us a shuttle back after the station closed. Rick the driver screwed us. Hope you slept good, Rick, you back woods hillbilly. read more
