This is not spelled out by Resort Pass. The pass gives you access to the resort's pools, very small man- made lake, fitness facilities, racquet club, locker rooms with free lockers, bathrooms, and changing rooms. I searched but did not find any shower facilities in the changing rooms/ locker room area. The outdoor pool is large and clean. There are ample tables with umbrellas. None of the lounge chairs have umbrellas near them. Umbrellas for loungers would be ideal! There are ample, clean, soft towels available. There is a bar in the bottom of the Boathouse event facility. They have mixed drinks, various non- alcoholic lemonades, beer, wine, and hard cider. You can order food for delivery to the pool area from Butch's deli via touch screen right at the bar. Eventually the pool area became quite busy and loud. We ordered food from Butch's. It was very generously portioned, quickly delivered, and delicious. Sandwiches were $15/ea and came without sides but were very large per each of our party's members. Staff were very friendly and kind. As the pool became busier, and louder it was less relaxing. We didn't try the fitness center nor the fee for use water amenities on mini lake Harold. We did not golf nor utilize any racquet sports. Both are also fee for use. We did not try the hot tub as it was very warm out already. Other than wishing for shower facilities and umbrellas for the lounge chairs this was a very lively experience with three generations of our family.

A Marriot hotel offered at a slightly upgraded economy price. The location is perfect with a Market Basket, liquor store, BK and McDonalds nearby, as well as restaurants off course. Big parking lot nicely landscaped too. We had 2 different rooms. our bad as in retrospect we would have been happy with just the original 2 bed setup, but boss lady wanted a suite which is much larger and equipped with a desk, a second TV and a sleep-able couch. It was super roomy and more money but not necessary and I wouldn't do it again. Regular room is sufficient. The AC was great and quiet. That is huge plus to me who didn't have to use earplugs! I had no problem navigating the cable and Netflix. The bath and shower were good, (the suite had a bathtub). Didn't utilize the heated pool or gym but both looked fine, certainly adequate if you must use the treadmill on your stay. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Both days the hosts were super friendly and let's see scrambled or hard-boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, bagels, English muffins, cereals, yogurt, banana etc. The coffee which was very much needed was excellent. Here is where they won the "above and beyond award". Left my pillow LOL how could it be, it's my best friend. Anyways I called up Monday afternoon upon arriving home and after saying OMG 5 times I called the hotel and spoke to Collin who assured me that it happens all the time hmm ok there are other idiots like me. He said UPS will pick it up and they would run my card for the exact cost and ship it to me. Lo and behold today is only Wed and I have my pillow back! Great job Collin my employee of the month!

Room was clean and appeared to have been updated recently although the wallpaper hanger clearly didn't care about the repeat in the pattern. ;) Microwave, coffee machine and frig. were available in the room. The only chair in the king room was the desk chair and there probably was not any room for it. The bathroom had a walk in shower but the toilet was very low. Cookies were available in late afternoon. Breakfast on the weekend started at 6:30 am, a bit too late for us to take advantage of before hitting the road. Front desk folks were pleasant and helpful.

We went during the off season and since it wasn't very full, he upgraded our room for free so we had extra space and a couch, which we really appreciated. The rooms were nice and quiet in the evening, probably because we were mostly alone in our area. In the morning though, the soundproofing was definitely lacking. I took off one star because there was loud power drilling starting at 6:30 a.m. that went on for about an hour, which was pretty insane. Breakfast was good. I especially liked the grab and go yogurts, and the coffee was available all day in a really nice machine that grinds the beans fresh for each brew. The pool area could use a little maintenance since there were a few issues, but overall it was still nice to have access to a hot tub.

The small kitchen works if you are prepared and smart. We brought our cast iron pan which worked well. The cabins are on two sides of a busy road. The newer air conditioned ones and larger cabins are by themselves and the smaller units are by the office and pool on the other side of the road. The comforter was dirty and the bathroom needed another pass. The garbage from the last guests had not been removed which meant we couldn't really enjoy the porch because of the garbage smell. You can't stick people with your last guest's garbage!

The owners, Troy and Christina, were very friendly and provided clear communication prior to check-in. I was lucky to meet them on arrival as I got there a few minutes early before check-in. Otherwise, you will be provided with instructions on how to find your rooms in their email communication and the instructions on the chalkboard in the kitchen upon arrival. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, along with the common areas of the home. I highly recommend booking room 5 if it's available as it has a private bathroom, personal entrance from the deck and is located on the main floor. It's near the kitchen and faces the parking area, which you may hear people as they come in when they're arriving for the night (it didn't bother me). Breakfast is lovely and you'll have an opportunity to chat with Christina and Troy as they're very hospitable and down-to-earth. The location is safe, quiet and easily accessible to the highway and a short drive to many hiking trails. You will have to drive around though to get to restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking to be in the White Mountains area. Tip: Book room 5. Start in the kitchen and refer to the chalkboard for your room when checking-in.

The main part of the house is very small but nice with little stocking of the beverage "amenities". First impression of the room was disappointing for several reasons but the main first impression was that it was not cleaned well nor do the owners care if it's cleaned well. The bathroom was the first real impression where a filthy shower mat hung on the towel rack, the hand towel had crust on it and a dried, unwashed blood stain on the comforter. iTrip, who is "managing" this place was very prompt about returning my emails UNTIL I responded to THEIR email asking about my stay. Crickets. I'll include photos. There are plenty of other gorgeous places to stay in Lincoln....don't give your money to Red Sleigh Inn.

Please read about the changes…read more We booked the Red Sleigh Inn seven months ago because we were planning a trip to the area and we love B&Bs and have stayed at many. What attracted us to this facility was its outstanding reputation. However, exactly one week (7/11/22) before we were supposed to arrive, we received an email that Red Sleigh was under new ownership and there were going to be changes. We could not cancel because it was less than 30 days. Here are the changes: 1. Nobody would be at the facility to greet you. Nope, no personal friendly greeting to welcome you like we were used to in the past. They sent you a passcode for the front door and your room. You have to call a property managing company if there is an issue. 2. You receive ONE set of towels per person for stay. We stayed three days and originally only got one washcloth, one hand towel, and one bath towel per person, until we complained and we each got a second set. 3. NO BREAKFAST ANYMORE!!! I guess they left off one B in B&B. They did give us a voucher of $20 a day for the Moon Cafe to get a small breakfast. I do not know if this service is going to continue. We got it because we booked before the change. The room was clean. There was a coffee station and candy station which were kept full by attendants who showed up daily to clean vacated rooms. If you like the AirBnB experience while sharing the facility with other couples, then by all means enjoy. We prefer the true B&B experience with the home cooked breakfast and somebody there to greet you.
