There were several elements to our signage and we're a high end furniture company so looks are extremely important. They came out within a couple of days to get started. We had some issues matching the building paint and even though this wasn't part of the scope, they handled it. They went and bought the paint and painted the building and then added the building signage. They also did some window decals and a monument type street sign. I highly recommend them. The lead times and response to emails from the other two shops took way too long and their pricing seemed really high. Bottom line up front: Jeff and his team are extremely professional. He personally answers you on emails no later than 24hrs (I usually got a response within 2-5 hours). The graphics design team is awesome and pushes quality work that looks great on the products. We also had sizes ranging from small up to 3XL but on their website I think they even had sizes bigger than that. I did my order online and the process was super simple and easy. I love how they have so many varying sizes, and they give you an instant quote on how much it would cost BEFORE taxes. Which helped me estimate how much to ask per family member to contribute if they wanted a shirt. They got it done in like 3 days maybe even two and it turned out so good! The shirts were individually wrapped, folded and stickered with the size of the shirt which was a nice touch and made it so easy to group and distribute amongst my huge family. Thank you so much Primetime colors for such a good quality keepsake. Design: They can work with you to make a design but costs a bit more and might be a longer process. I made the design on canva and uploaded it to their website when it prompted me to do so. Price: Great price for a bulk order and for shirts that had color and designs on front and back. I ordered stickers on Etsy to put on water bottles for a bachelorette party, but they didn't arrive…read morein time. Called this place asking if they could do a same-day print and he said yes. He originally quoted me $130(!) for 20 3" waterproof stickers, but then brought it down to $70 once I said I'd cut them out myself (still $3.50 per 3" sticker...). For comparison, Etsy charged $30. I arrived to his store at 3pm that day and he was asleep in his chair... He woke up after I said hi a few times, gave me the stickers and I paid the $70 without looking too carefully at them. Then when I walked outside it was immediately apparent how low the quality was -- super grainy with print lines all over it (as you can see in the attached). I went back inside to point that out and ask if he could do a quick reprint. He said no, asked for my card, and gave me a refund without a discussion. I told him I still needed the stickers for tomorrow, so would prefer the low quality ones over nothing and asked if he could do a discount. He said no, price was $70. I said okay, you can charge me the $70 then, but I'm surprised this is how you handle customer feedback. He raised his voice at me, told me he didn't see any problem with the print, and said if there is it's my file's fault (isn't it the job of a printer to tell you if you need to send in a bigger file size??). I again told him I couldn't believe this is how he was handling customer feedback, and insisted he charge my card so I could take this low-quality print home. Instead he angrily grabbed them out of the trash, threw them on the counter, and told me to go. I have NEVER seen such unprofessional behavior before in my life. Incredibly rude, condescending for his overpriced and substandard quality products. Stay away from this mess of a business at all costs.
