I was sent a QR code to return my item, Sealed up the box, printed a label & taped it to the box. When I walked through the door, a young man held out his hand, like "I'll take that" and he did. He scanned it in front of me to confirm that all was 'good' and I left. I'm glad I found this spot. It's in a good location with lots of easy parking and next to Raley's at the corner of Douglas & Sunrise and adjacent to the Walgreen's Rx drive-through; so you can coordinate a couple of quick trips together. With Christmas coming up; I'm glad I found this place. This location also has a Notary that may come in handy in the future. I've used their service before in San Jose and it came in handy. I'd recommend calling ahead for an appt for this service so they can carve out some time for you; to check ID etc.
