Hate to leave a bad review, but this was an exceptionally bad experience. I booked an appointment for a Thai Combo massage. I arrived and had been double booked. Okay, things happen. The other person offered to come back later. I am told I am receiving a deep tissue massage instead of Thai Combo, rushed into a room, and the whole experience is rushed. I am trying to relax, but the whole massage, there are people loudly talking in the lobby and the door bell keeps going off. In the middle of the massage, an employee starts calling out my masseuse's name and they start talking to each other through the door. Then, the employee opens the door while I am laying unclothed on the massage table and starts talking scheduling with my masseuse. At this point, I am upset and tell the masseuse so. She apologizes half-heartedly without seeming to understand how absurd it is that people are opening the door in the middle of what is supposed to be a private massage. She did not offer any type of discount or other form of compensation and her apology rang insincere. I left more stressed than I came in. Massages are meant to be quiet times of therapeutic healing.
