We had our second 90 minute massage this morning. We were pleased overall. But, It was a bit different experience in that the massage therapist are apparently expected to answer the phones while working on clients. This should not happen. Other massage & spa places simply let their voice mail pick up the calls saying they are unable to answer as they are working on a client. They had a receptionist when we were there the 1st time & she answered the phone. This is too good of a place to expect clients and therapists to have their massages interrupted. By boyfriend got Tiffany again & she was excellent. I had Diane who did a good job, but she was not able to tackle some of my tougher areas that would have benefited from stretching & she lacked the reflexology skills I so highly value. I hate to write this but we yelpers need complete honesty from each other, yes? And hopefully the owner will take my well intended feedback to improve their customer's experience. My other feedback for the owner is to have one of their 3 business categories on their YELP page be "massage" rather than specifically "reflexology". I believe it will make it easier for people looking for a massage in Hot Springs to find them. I will still rebook my massages here next time I'm in Hot Springs. Called and made a appointment at 3:30pm on a Tuesday for a 60 minute couple massage and they confirmed it so I arrived at 3:15pm and they were very unorganized and asked if we could come back on Saturday but we are vacationing here so we leave in 2 days and can't do that. A little disappointed. I came here approximately 3 years ago and had the best massage and foot reflexology. I raved about the experience! Relaxation at its finest. However.. this experience was not the same. I called in advance to book a couples massage because I wanted to take my husband to have the same experience on our anniversary. It was not the same. I should have known when I called and they didn't understand that I wanted to book a couples massage and reflexology session. The ladies seemed to be surprised when we arrived, continued to speak in their own language all throughout the massage, and pointed to the tip portion when paying, then referred me to the mandatory 20% tip signage on the wall. The lady proceeded to text on her phone. I understand there is a language barrier, but customer service is required in this business and we don't feel this experience will warrant another visit to this place. read more

My husband and i went for a 90 minute + hot stone couples massage today. We had Alex and Tiffany and they were absolutely amazing. I usually leave a massage feeling like i probably could've spent my money better on something else but this was hands down well worth it. We went for a couples massage. I was very clear about the areas I wanted more attention. I have scoliosis, so I love in constant agonizing pain. Massage therapy is very beneficial for me, and I go often. My husband wanted to surprise me with a weekend birthday trip that included couples massage. The man working on me had to leave to answer the phone 5 times. When he would come back in he was very distracted and would chatter with the woman working on my husband. He would forget that he had just worked on the same area he was now doing again. I asked several times for a deep massage yet he continued to go very lightly. My neck and shoulders were never addressed and that's were 95% of my pain is. The lady working on my husband seemed to be much more in touch with her massaging. She instinctively knew where to work on him, yet she had to keep leaving the room also. At one point my guy left and was gone for 10 minutes. I because so aggravated and anxious I couldn't enjoy myself. I get a massage every week, so I know what should be done and the relief I should have felt. I'm actually hurting worse than when we went in. Even with all the interruptions out massage still ended early. Very disappointed read more

It was Sunday and we were just about to leave Hot Springs to go back to Texas but I hadn't gotten a chance for a hot bath or even a massage because it was too late and my shoulders were tight and cramping. I called several places on recommendation of yelp but all were far or full with no appointments. I almost gave up until I asked for a recommendation from a sweet lady named Roxanne at the Hot Springs Cultural art gallery center. I called them and she was able to fit me in for a 3:30. When I came in she was very friendly and offered me and guests water, though she spoke Chinese and her English was not perfect. I went back for an hour massage. I asked for shoulders lower back and calves and pointed. Another lady walked in and asked again but it was difficult to understand because she spoke worse English. I asked for shoulders lower back and calves. She did a great job at the shoulders and lower back and she was great, fabulous at taking my suggestions for where I needed extra pressure. She did some great things that I loved. However she never got to the calves and feet. Eventually she said I had 10 minutes left and came back w some hot rocks and towel which took a minute or so. I asked if she could use five minutes to at least touch on my calves and feet but she didn't understand. She got the other lady who could speak a bit better and she said she'd give me 2 extra minutes for being first customer but I thought I had 10 more? Little confusing misunderstanding. But I got a little bit on calves and feet even though it was pretty light. Overall I really enjoyed their flexibility, the environment, the music and the massage and hospitality. The only docked star is on communication. They just need to brush up on their English. There are many great resources for that. But overall, thank you for taking care of me so I can make the long drive back to Texas!!! read more

We had an appoint for a couples massage Saturday, August 11, 2018, at 6:00 pm. We walk in the establishment at 5:50 pm. They seemed stressed speaking in their language. We walked down the hallway and were put in separate rooms for our massage even though it was a couple. My husband and I both did not enjoy the massage, in fact it was very painful. It was not relaxing or rejuvenating at all. Today is Wednesday, August 14, 2018 and we are still in pain, mostly our backs. We will not be back to this place for a massage. read more

Very nice staff but the 2 women who did our couples massage were not knowledgeable in how to perform a basic massage. It was more like rubbing and touching than massaging. Don't ask for deep tissue. They were incapable of maintaining the strength needed to perform a deep tissue massage. This place is too expensive for their mediocre massage capabilities. read more
