We were pleased overall…read more But, It was a bit different experience in that the massage therapist are apparently expected to answer the phones while working on clients. This should not happen. Other massage & spa places simply let their voice mail pick up the calls saying they are unable to answer as they are working on a client. They had a receptionist when we were there the 1st time & she answered the phone. This is too good of a place to expect clients and therapists to have their massages interrupted. By boyfriend got Tiffany again & she was excellent. I had Diane who did a good job, but she was not able to tackle some of my tougher areas that would have benefited from stretching & she lacked the reflexology skills I so highly value. I hate to write this but we yelpers need complete honesty from each other, yes? And hopefully the owner will take my well intended feedback to improve their customer's experience. My other feedback for the owner is to have one of their 3 business categories on their YELP page be "massage" rather than specifically "reflexology". I believe it will make it easier for people looking for a massage in Hot Springs to find them. I will still rebook my massages here next time I'm in Hot Springs. Very good experience overall.

I was asked several times throughout the treatment if the pressure was ok and when I commented at one point it was too much, she immediately toned it down. Some massage therapists rush the massage and move quickly, but Tina really took her time, with long, slow movements which felt much more relaxing, like a spa day. She is professional, allows you to relax, and she doesn't talk the entire time like some! She even worked over the 1.5 hours I had paid for because my neck still had knots.
