I requested, if possible, to split the 9 yards as I have a circular driveway and would be easier for my worker. As I attempted to leave my home for a scheduled doctor appointment, to my surprise, I found both entrances totally blocked with mulch! I immediately called the office and explained the situation. The owner, Jerry, clearly stated there was nothing he could do about it. I voiced my concern about not being able to exit my home in the event of an emergency. I suggested perhaps the driver whom was only 10 minutes away could come back and make a path. I was so taken with his "I don't care" attitude especially being an owner. What is more disappointing was his lack of respect. His nasty tone thinking he is superior to everyone else. I wonder if he is this disrespectful to his workers. Jerry, you have alot to learn apparently about customer service and truly you are a poor excuse for a man!!

We worked with another landscaper about 6 months prior and they were from a different part of NJ and they didn't plant the plants well, and they also put in a lot of plants deer loves to eat like hostas. Everything was stripped down really quickly! Joe and his team repurposed what they could to save us some money, and those plants they moved to the fenced-in backyard. And with the new design, everything out front was a deee resistant type of plant. The design looks really nice - joe came out twice to talk it through with us and took our feedback in mind and then showed us his sketch of the layout before we signed.
