Stepping into this vintage shop, you could believe that you have just walked into a commune owned by artists in the early '90's, the tiny space is crammed with bikes, clothes, ghetto blasters, misfit mannequins and record covers.
Sick is owned by Steph Raynor, who used to own BOY London, a n iconic London shop that helped kick start the bondage/punk scene and then went on to sell rave clothes.
Traces of the Boy London store can still be found at Sick - baseball caps, the odd Boy London jumper, lycra dresses, designer t-shirts (Giorgio Armani, Yves Saint Laurent, Ralph Lauren), cropped tops, rave bomber jackets, stompy boots.
Down in the basement, you'll find a bed full of vintage clothes for £3. A pretty unique vintage shop, that really specialises in that late 80's, early 90's London street look. read more
