In addition to the plants, they have everything for their care and to display them like metal hanging plant holders, macrame plant holders, and pots in a variety of styles and sizes. Instead, they handwrote it--beautifully! My friend said the plant was perfectly wrapped and thoughtfully presented. She's already declared Old Town Florist her "new go-to florist." Totally knew I was taking a chance since florists are always slammed that weekend and recovering for the next week so I wasn't going to be too picky. In the special instructions I expressed all of that, submitted my order and hoped for the best. Within minutes I received a text from Jeff letting me know they had it covered and they would take good care of her. Wait, what?? Such a great experience already! Monday rolls around, delivery in downtown Portland is flawless and my daughter was absolutely over the moon with her flowers.
