Our granddaughter, is 40 months old and in the Methodist preschool right now, but won't turn five years old until September 11, 2024. So I don't know what the district will do whether they'll let her start in 2024 or if she'll have to wait until the fall of 2025. Our granddaughter is way ahead of the curve. She reads, prints her name, Knows the names of her colors, can count up to 17 & knows the names of countless animals, sings, dances and is generally a happy cheerful child. The lady of the house who has a degree in early childhood education, is looking forward to being involved with the school, the teachers and the parent teacher association. Let us continue to support the public school system of the United States of America. It is one of the foundations of our country's greatness. We come from a tradition of teachers, and wish that all children were able to attend Public schools, which meet their needs.

These last 3 years have truly shown what a parent or caregiver should expect out of a daycare. Honestly, calling it a daycare doesn't seem adequate, this has become a family! My daughter has learned so much! Some Spanish, sign language, a devout interest in books and reading, writing, and her social skills are advanced beyond what I'd expect for a 5 year old. The preschool curriculum has been such a blessing in preparing her for Kindergarten and I have no doubt that she will be academically at or above where she needs to be. The summer camp experience has also been amazing! There were 2 or 3 field trips a week, a water day every Wednesday, themed days for dress up and decorations, ice cream trucks... For Easter and Halloween there are facility events for the kids, and at Christmas Santa and reindeer come to visit! The staff are all helpful, patient, thoughtful, supportive and as invested in your kid's development as you. It's clear that the teachers working here are in it for the right reasons. If you are considering this center for your littles I cannot recommend them highly enough! Get on the waitlist, call and check for availability... whatever it takes to get your kiddo in here is worth all the effort you may have to put into it! Every teacher we have had the pleasure of interacting with is kind and patient, which is exactly what you need when dealing with toddlers all day. When he needs to get picked up or dropped off there is no communication as weather classes joined, what class he is in. Plenty days walking from class to class until I can find him. Many days I would drop him off or pick him up. Teachers will be sitting on their phones while kids are just doing whatever, or kids watching an iPad. Example: we have never showed or have our child watch Spider-Man, Batman, or any of the marvel. But yet he has watched all of these programs and are familiar with them. So happy it turned out this way. Administration has been great with communication, the teachers have all been wonderful. Surprisingly turn over hasn't been as bad as what we experienced at other daycares. My daughter loves attending and we genuinely feel like our daughter is so loved here. She started as a tiny little thing, and has flourished into a sassy little independent girl. One of the many things we appreciated was the teachers knowing her likes and dislikes they knew when she wasn't feeling herself (when we had a bad season of teething) and they loved on her and gave her extra cuddles. They also always knew her name and her whereabouts. Sounds odd but it really made me feel reassured. I would be walking up at pick up and someone would stop me and point me the right direction immediately. Since they would condense classes in the afternoons. Can't speak for the other classes and age groups but they seem to always have some fun activities going on, like their trick or treating event, Christmas events and book fairs.
