They replaced all the door speakers, head unit and added my active subwoofer under the seat in my 04 Doge Ram. Every other place ive had things like this done, panel clips are broke or original panels are damaged. But here, they leave your vehicle in better condition then it was! I went to these geniuses to have a remote start module installed on my wife's truck. Two days after they put it in,the truck would stall when actuating the tilt wheel. It would only start when the steering wheel was raised all the way up. I returned to have them look at it, and they acted like they couldn't be bothered (they already had my cash after all). They wound up reconfigurating the wiring in the steering column to fix it. Fast forward 6 months, the truck died at a tire joint and wouldn't start for anything. After having it towed to Feldman Chevrolet, the mechanic there indicated the hack job on the wiring was the issue. After spending $700 on the remote, $150 for the tow and $540 at the dealership to remove the remote start, total of $1390 to start her truck maybe ten times. Absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn't let these clowns work on a lawn mower. read more

So thought I had found a good place, I spent 500-600 on remote start system with 2 remote start key fabs. 1 week after installation into my 2014 ram c/v tradesman work van my rear beeper only worked sometimes, and my radio only plays with six cord. I felt as if some connections were loose or something but they checked it out and said it wasn't due to installation. That's what ever... then my long range key fab spot working. I replaced batteries and still nothing. Called and told them and they said no problem, life time warranty bring it up there at earliest convenience. Sounded great.. being a contractor and understaffed I didn't make it back up there and used my other key fab. Now that winter is coming I knew I needed to switch out key fab that they told me had a life time warranty so I took it up there. I just called to see if it came in and they told me it would be 120 bucks and key fabs weren't life time warranty.... if they had said that in first place I would have made the time to replace right away, but I waited since they said life time. So owner tells me there was a miscommunication..... and I will have to pay the money.. Zero accountability or standing by what they said. Also was charged 40 dollars for them to look at what they installed to see what they had messed up. So either they lied to me about life time warranty, or staff is poorly trained and it was a simple mistake that I now have to pay for. Either way they will not stand behind what they sell, what they do to your vehicle when they service it and will blame all problems on you. It's definitely a small time business in over their heads. Pretty much a couple of guys working out of a garage. They should prob stick to window tints and nothing technical. I gave them 2 stars because they do manage to answer the phones and keep appts. I got a box installed for my 2016 Sierra gmc truck. The seats rattle because the box isn't small enough. This is a place that is suppose to specialize in audio and i don't understand how you can't install a sub box without making seats rattle. The seats do not come down all the way because box is to big causing them to rattle . I was referred to owner Cody to purchase a box from fox acoustic ... which i don't understand how that's my job since i pod good amount of money to get the subs installed properly not to hear rattling while driving down the road. I have had to make over 10 trips back to exclusive to not only get my subs fixed but to also get my vinyl wrap redone that they put on that peeled. I don't understand how someone installs products but doesn't test drive it to make sure it's properly working and installed. Plain and simple you see a lot of negative reviews and people just complaining most of the time on google. This is an honest review that exclusive sound and Cody use cheap products, poor quality of work and just are inexperienced at what they do. There are plenty of other metro Detroit shops that do the same things that do much better quality and do it right, please don't use them. read more
