After reading about their physicians, I decided to call them for an appointment. I was able to schedule an appointment for 2/1/2027 when I made the appointment in March 2026. It was that far out because as a physician, I only like to see physicians, not midlevels (nurse practitioners or PAs -- side note, it is your right to ask to see a physician and not a midlevel). They did accomodate that request, but I had to wait almost a year for that appointment. In less than two months after making that appointment, I received a form letter saying that the physician with whom I had an appointment was no longer going to be seeing regular patients, only doing cosmetic derm, and she spent a lot of time deciding who she wanted me to go see -- she wanted me to see one of the PAs. Yeah, no. I can find another dermatologist. So while, I did not actually see anyone in the office, I did have experience with trying to establish care, requesting a physician, and then that being denied. As a physician, I will not tolerate being pushed to midlevels, and neither should anyone else.

I called to start this process as I did not pursue any treatment options with this clinic and they refused to refund me. Front desk staff acted as if they never have heard of this "free consultation". They said that it goes towards the doctors consultation fee if no treatments are purchased. Bottom Line: The initial consultation is not free. Essentially, it costs $100 to sit down with the doctor. Wouldn't go there unless you are ready to commit to treatment otherwise your $100 will just go out the window.

It's easy to get an appointment with her since she hasn't built up her patient caseload yet. This office runs on time like clockwork. It took several days to get my order for testing into the system (which is long, but I forgive her since she is new and learning the computer system). The NP put the order in for me. My aesthetician was wearing a sweatshirt of one of the skin care brands, and with it being a facial, I thought that was just OK, but I think if I was getting a more involved or advanced procedure done, I would find it offputting. When I arrived, they had a bunch of online "paperwork" that they wanted me to fill out, but said I did not have to fill out all of it. I honestly found it a little bit stressful that it wasn't sent in advance, and I worried that my service was cut short by the time I spent filling out the online form. It would have been very lovely to have been offered something to drink during this process. I also felt like my facial/peel was very short, and I did not notice much of a difference. Because it was a cold and snowy day, I would have loved if they would have been offered me a blanket right away when I laid down on the table for my service. She did give me one later in the service, when the moisturizing mask was doing its job. Overall, my complaints are pretty minimal - really more details that would have taken the experience to a higher level. Got in for an appointment right after the holidays and I couldn't be more impressed. From the easy to get to location, the friendly staff, and Dr Dembny himself. All appeared to be just what I was looking for. Since this was an unexpected 'event', they were able to help me w finance options as well. (Phew!) Fast forward to surgery day. Was met with the most awesome nurse Jay.. who answered all my ridiculous questions.. took the time to listen and just be his awesome self. I believe there was an Amy on staff- equally nice (but I didn't have a chance to interact w her as much- but she seemed super cool too) The anesthesiologist came in- what a contagious smile!! Love him!! (Even tho I told him to make sure I wake up!! And apologized for the fact I wasn't allowed to wear deodorant ) He was professional and kind. Knocked me out and kept me out for my 3? hour surgery. It was a wonderful, much needed rest. I forget his name, but he was the bomb!! (A competent anesthesiologist is always a good thing..) I believe there was a Jenni on staff too- but I only met her right before getting put under, so my memory is a bit foggy. She was also equally personable. The whole staff was incredible. I highly recommend going here. Dr Dembny is truly amazing. While my surgery is less than 24 hours old- I can already tell he did an outstanding job. He was absolutely professional with all the measurements he took. Never once making me feel uncomfortable. Between first consultation and surgery, I had numerous questions that he and Cathy answered so graciously without making me feel like I was bothering them. Communication was quick and at the ready. Jay called this morning to answer a few more questions and make sure I was feeling ok-LOVE HIM!! (Yeah- I get its his job- but he was just SO nice! Incredible bed side manner! They are lucky to have him on their staff) I will have my follow up appointment in a week and a half or so, and can honestly say, I'm so incredibly thankful for Dr Dembny and his staff for being the relatable professionals they are. They have made this entire process easy. They offer so many other services, that should I be inclined to pursue something else- PSA is hands down the only place I would go. Highly highly recommend!!!
