From start to finish, my salesman (I don't remember his name!) guided, recommended, and suggested in ways beneficial to my need of a suit and a reasonable price. The manager on duty also assisted in a professional manner and also communicated to my wife and me that we were welcome. Side Notes: The alterations for both pant legs were marginal at $18. I love to shop here for shoes and clothing brands that I love at more affordable prices. Most recently I was looking for leather loafers for work and shorts for summer. I was able to find both! I got some very comfortable Cole Haan loafers and a couple pairs of athletic shorts/skorts, plus a pair of jean shorts. They had some really cute pajamas as well, but I used self control and did not purchase them. I also love to shop here for toddler shoes for my son. They have discounted Adidas, Converse, New Balance, etc. in his tiny size and they are just adorable.

They pay very little for quality, up-to-date, and even unused merchandise. On top of that, they are extremely strict about the size of the bag and the number of bags you can bring in you're limited to one bag of merchandise. There are also so many rules and restrictions that, in my opinion, the selling process becomes more frustrating than it's worth. I've been here many times as both a shopper and a seller, and I can honestly say the seller experience is by far the worse side of the business. Of course, you can try it for yourself, but consider this my warning before you spend your time sorting, packing, and bringing your items in. Your quality clothes may be worth more elsewhere.

In Florida now and I got a new e-bike. I just wanted street tires and tannus armor installed. I called REI Orlando three weeks ago to check on service and they said no problem, they could do that. I called again yesterday and I was told the same thing. They could do the service and to just bring it in and the shop opens at 9am. I brought the bike in at 9:15 and was told the bike shop was open but the guy that does the service didn't come in until 11. What? How is the bike shop open with no service?? I filled out the paperwork and was quoted 45 dollars for the tire swap. I left the bike and was told the shop guy would call at 11 regarding the work. I got a call at 11:05 and was quoted 270 dollars! I was also told "we don't work on e-bikes that we don't sell in the store but I will do it just this time." According to REI's corporate site this is not true. I was stuck at this point so I agreed on the price. I was told one hour and I would get an email saying to come get it. 2.5 hours later I finally called. The person on the phone went back to check on the bike and then came back on and said "what bike is it?" I said the e-bike getting the tires changed. He said, "oh the motorcycle!?" I said, no, it is an e-bike with pedals and no registration. He said. Ok the MOTORCYCLE is ready. I went into the shop and the bike shop guy seemed upset. He said, 'don't bring it back. I won't work on it again." Okay, sorry for spending money at your store. He then said "this is a moped and his bike stand could barely lift it." Oh please. I couldn't believe how rude they were after they agreed to the work and I just spent all that money. So sad I loved REI bike services in Oregon. Guess I'll find a better shop here in Florida.
