I…read morewas eager to go back after having dinner a few doors down the night prior and saw a lot of cute options for some sparkling new years options by looking in their windows after they had been closed. My mother and I returned ready to spend money, and I was immediately saddened by the largest size carried throughout, tops and bottoms - was a L. Either way, I decided to try on an item after being chased down by an associate to "start a room" - while I was holding an item. Never heard her do that to the pencil sized blondes in the rest of the store. Oh well. I'm heavily tattooed, I guess I'm a thief. I shrugged that off, however, the "customer service" of that act fell short. I tried on the item while the rest of the women in the store were fawned over and payed attention to as they boasted their alteration program. When I exited the dressing room, and when I gave the item back to the associate and told her it was too small I got a VERY condescending "sorry!" Nothing more. From there, I just decided to exit and not even try to shop for another item, I had really liked a jacket and a sweater. Never even got a light mention of the other store from looking at these reviews. But why should a girl be sequestered to another store just because you're a bigger size? It's very classist and downright weird. I am deeply saddened and frustrated after leaving this place. Not a girls girl place. At all.

My husband (then boyfriend) actually bought me a dress here for our first Valentine's Day together. I remember it perfectly and loved it so much! Funny enough, I happened to visit during their V-Day sale this week, offering 20% off anything that's full price. The store looks a lot different from what I remember and it was packed to the brim with clothing, shoes, and accessories. I remember them having another boutique next door called Tria, but it looks like they may have combined the shops because I didn't see the sign for it anymore. They had a pretty big sale/clearance section with lots of good deals. I definitely saw some cute things I would have tried on if I had more time. I got their close to closing time, so I'll have to go back for another visit soon. I did end up buying a new wide brimmed hat to add to my collection. If you know me, you know how much I love my hats! I got a nice caramel colored one which actually looks very similar to my Gigi Pip hats at a fraction of the cost. I might even go back and get some other colors. If you're looking for a fun date night outfit or party dress, you might just find something here. It also looks like they have expanded their professional clothing options and I saw some fun matching pant suits, blazers, blouses, etc. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area!

But i had terrible experience and I'm still trying to get everything fixed before the wedding next weekend. I dropped the dress off on 9/30. I initially said needed by 10/28 but I called back the same day and changed it to 10/24 because my mother in law was going to drive and take stuff up for us. I called on 10/22 to inquire about the status and they had to call me back like it wasn't able to be found. They called back and it had not been started yet. I said I had called back the same day it dropped it off and needed it in 2 days. Continued to argue that the ticket said 10/28. So Friday by 5pm was agreed upon. I arrive at 530 and it is still worked on. It was finished after 20 mins and tried on and the slit was not high enough so agreed to come back by 2pm the next day. I came back and the slit was perfect but I did notice the back shoulders the dress was sticking out. She was able to fix it on the spot while wearing it. But now I have another dilemma. There are several stains on the dress and now I'm having to get it dry cleaned. I'm already in a rush here. These stains were NOT there when I dropped it off. They are all over the dress. The look greasy and/or oily. You can clearly see the X where it was marked by the tailor. So now I am scrambling to get this done. I paid $187 and this is what I got. I ended up having to buy another dress overnight on Amazon and wore that. They waited to the last second to do this and it was too late and then dirty. Unacceptable. This not worth the money by a long shot. Go elsewhere. Update: they did not refund me anything or even offer to clean the dress.

We chatted via email and she was so on point that before I sent her the specs for the dress, she already knew exactly what the material was. I knew then that she was gifted. During our initial meeting, Desiree took all of my measurements as well as offered a few suggestions on switching up the style and the end result was drop dead perfect!
