I do not know where to start. I was reluctant to even check in. This clearance section is THEE BEST shopping in all of winter park BAR NONE. Quality brands (lola grace, Ellen Tracy, Flying tomato etc) as much as 60% off. Occasionally more. The staff is always kind and attentive. By the time I have 2 items in hand they are offering to start a fitting room. These clothes don't shrink or resize after wash. They hold shape, form, size and color fabulously. I normally don't like to be hovered over by staff, but there is also a happy medium. No sense of proactive customer service; "Welcome Ins" are not offered consistently. Staff always talk about personal things the whole time you browse, even when there are things they could do like put away clothes people tried on or ask if you need a fitting room. They told another customer the rooms are open, but when I went in they were all locked, so it gave off the impression they didn't want to do anything at all while being paid. read more

I love this store! When I used to work in Winter Park, I would come at least once a week. They have the best selection of beautiful clothes! I love their variety of accessories and their sales are amazing! I went in this evening with my baby girl to show her one of my favorite stores! The girls were so sweet and were playing with her! I ended up leaving with two dresses and a cute sweater poncho for my aunt. I really bought it just in case she didn't want it! Haha! I love this store and wish they would open another on the east side, but when you're with the area, please go! You will leave with the cutest items! read more

Employee named Brianna was extremely unprofessional. Scoffed in my face when I asked her a question about an item. I used to love this store but she was one of the worst employees I've ever come across. She was extremely rude and cursed a lot. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Honestly the store is nice and has good quality pieces for a low price, but the unprofessional of the staff makes it unbearable to shop here. read more

It's like a Forever 21 but for 30 year olds =) I guess Forever 30 didn't sound as appealing? This is the place where when I was younger, if my mom would want something from here I would roll my eyes and say "don't you have enough animal print? Why do you need something with so much gold on it?" and now I am the one picking up the gold animal print pants, shirt, jacket, etc. =) I got it from my mamma! It's located in the Winter Park Village next to the Starbucks and it's huge. I kept walking by liking the outfits they had displayed in the window and one afternoon I bit the bullet and ventured in. I was easily in there for 30 min and got some great finds! They have everything from jewelry (basic and costume/statement pieces), handbags, shoes, belts, scarves, hair accessories, sunglasses, apparel, gift items and all sorts of other goodies. You can find full outfits or great staple pieces. I found some great stretch pants, kimonos, shirts, and jewelry. You do have to look through everything because there is so much stuff but it's color/style coordinated mostly so it's fun to check out everything. I went here with my wife one afternoon in search of the "perfect belt" for our son's wedding. WOW! What a cool store. Lots of accessories for the ladies. I even noticed an area that had gifts for the bridal party. All kinds of belts, dresses, handbags, all things that women find very girly. Being a man, I felt quite out of place. Hmm, this does seem like a trendy place for middle aged ladies on a fashion budget. It follows the feel of Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, or H&M but less emphasis on cool in store atmosphere. This store is a chain and the parent company is Cato. There are lots of dresses in extended sizes and on point with current trends. I like the layout of the store and that there are lots of accessories to make a full look while in the store. You can find shoes, hats, belts, assorted fashion jewelry, some support under garments, sunglasses, and a big assortment of women's clothes here. Basically there is everything you would need to pull together a look, all in one store. I think the most expensive dress in the place was about $50, so it's a really reasonable place to shop for fast fashion looks. I picked up a pair of heart shaped sunglasses at great price and I'm ready for summer now. I would come back for a dress since they had a nice selection of sundresses. read more

Adorable stylish and affordable clothing. Great staff! Haven't been in in awhile but wore a necklace I bought there today over a year ago on clearance for $1.99 and got compliments. Wha-what? Anyone know if they offer a credit card? Yes, I am that vain :^) Hope all the above is still accurate but if I were looking for something special, I'd head that way. Very nice signature pieces, a decent sale rack, pleasant and helpful staff, and really great, inexpensive gift ideas located near the large front register. I really enjoy this cute little boutique! Nice location! As they've established their business I feel like they have better and better sales. I used to view it at super expensive but after much experience there, I have to say it's a fun and reasonably priced spot! The only reason for the 4/5 is because I've had too many jewelry items break on me. They've always been champs about exchanging anything that breaks but just the fact that I have to do that is a pain. So the quality of jewelry is eh. I was in this establishment yesterday and after paying for a shirt ,as I was exiting the store 2 sales associates was standing by the door watching me. I enter my vehicle and reverse, then I noticed a different sales associates standing on the sidewalk peering at me. Thinking that maybe I had left my wallet, I asked her if everything was fine, answering me in a rude and very unfriendly tone, I asked her if she had followed me out the door and if she had, what would be the reason for it. She looked at me as if I was dirt, I told her, that I was going to park my car and come back into the store to return the item that I had purchased because I refuse to help to pay her salary and she was acting as if I had stolen something from their store. I parked and enter the store to do a return and stated to the cashier that I often shopped their store and recommended the store to many of my friends but I refused to do so anymore and as I was exiting Versona store the same sales clerk appeared with Mall security, In a state of shock, I once again asked her what was wrong, she stated that a pair of pants that I had tried on in the store had 2 tags from jewelry. So, I told her and the security guard that they could search my car and my purse for the jewelry she assumed that I had stolen when 2 more security guard arrived. They all declined to search my purse or vehicle. Me, thinking, if I hung red pants that I tried on back in the correct spot with the same identity red pant, How could you tell which one I tried on and why was the pants I tried on was immediately searched? Why was the security camera not viewed to see that I never picked up any jewelry? If it their policy to search back pockets of pants that customer tried on then surely they would have caught the culprit before me. Not once did she show me a tag or any other evidence that her claim was true. Is this the way that people are treated for shopping in Versona or is this the way that black people are treated because I'm black. read more
