My sons have been seeing Matt (PA) since 2020. We moved here from California and it was really tough finding a reputable Pediatrician and office. We were referred to Siena Peds by a friend of ours and we had such an excellent experience every time. But sadly, they change their staff around frequently and our experience this last physical appointment was horrible. I want to say that this review is not for Matt. He is excellent and has always been. This review is for one of the medical assistants in the office. I'm unsure her name, I was so offended and upset that I just wanted my sons' physicals to be done so we can leave. She was Nicole Cash APRN's assistant. A tall Caucasian or Hispanic older woman who was wearing royal blue scrub pants that day. I was running late for their appointment and called the office. I spoke with Oscar who was kind enough to let me know that there is a 20 minute grace period and that as long as I make it, we will be fine. I asked him to communicate this with the doctor or NP and he assured he would. I'm a nurse myself (in Pediatrics too!) and I understand how important it is to keep appointments and to show up on time. But sometimes things happen that are out of our control and I was courteous and called in advance to notify this office. As we walked in, I was asked to sign in by a gentleman in the front. My sons sat down in the lobby like they always do and waited patiently. The front desk was going through things with me at the front and asked me for some updates. While engaged in conversation, I hear a medical assistant (assuming Nicole Cash's assistant for the day) yelling at my children while others watched. I asked her to stop and said "excuse me" in a firm voice. She yelled at my children and told them "You guys are already late. Why is your other brother not here. Where the hell is your mom". I asked her to stop and to direct her conversation towards and me and not my kids. I guess there was a mix up with the appointments, which was not my fault. This is the scheduler's fault and was not communicated to the clinical staff. I work in pediatrics as well and I know how important it is to be patient and kind. This assistant was the complete opposite. My sons are teenagers and although they don't look like little babies, they are very much pediatric patients and deserve to be treated with respect. I asked her not to speak to us and there was another assistant who came out to get my sons and I from the lobby. She was an African American medical assistant (sorry I did not get her name but wanted to give her kudos) and was so respectful and was amazing with my sons. Nicole Cash APRN was amazing as well and was very caring during our visit. I'm not sure who this new assistant is or what her name was. This is the first time we have ever been treated like this. I'm still so upset with the way she treated my kids that I'm going to make sure that I call the managers on Monday to make sure she does not do this again to any other family. She should not be employed in a pediatrics office nor any medical setting with the way she displayed her anger in front of everyone. I'm sure there are cameras in the lobby and footage can be easily replayed. We will be going to another office from now on because of her and I will make sure to get the word out in the community as well. I also want to say, don't ever judge people by how they look, what they wear etc. I knew this was the case as soon as she saw my kids and I. Both my sons are top athletes at their school, get excellent grades and I have been in nursing for over 10 years. But because I look young and my sons are teenagers or maybe because we are minority, she treated us like we were trash. Such a same that's how society is now and this woman is a part of the problem. read more

Up until recently I would recommend this office to ANYONE with a child. Unfortunately in the last couple months things have gotten bad at this office. To start you can never get a same day sick appointment. Even if you call the minute the phones turn on Monday morning. You're told that you need to just take your child to the ER "if you're that worried" and the receptionist ALWAYS have an attitude and laugh at you if you are concerned. Working front desk for multiple providers out here, the whole Front desk staff needs training on compassion and empathy. The wait times are over an hour every visit. And with 3 kids under 3 you can imagine this gets difficult. The final straw was after Dr. Chase left and I couldnt get a same day sick appointment one day with anybody at Siena, I called Inspirada Peds for a same day sick appt when my baby had strep. I originally was going to transfer care but they are not contracted with my insurance so I decided to stay with Siena. Well my son had his 15 month well check scheduled for yesterday. And after having an appointment with Dr. Carrie that had been scheduled for over 3 months I got a voicemail the day before stating since my records were requested from inspirada (before I knew they weren't contracted and decided to stay with Siena) my appointment would be cancelled. I never spoke with anyone at Siena stating I would be transferring, yet the decision was made for me. And if you're an existing patient you know how busy Dr. Carrie is. I'm disappointed that whatever personal issues Dr. Carrie has with Dr. Chuck and Dr Chase she's let it now affect her patients care and well being. Like I said my 3 children have been going to siena since birth and unfortunately now it looks like without given a choice we have to find a new practice. read more

I was excited to find a pediatrician close to home , to my surprise it's not only a convenient drive . The staff is super sweet and I love the under the sea theme !! Dr.Chuck is amazing he is so knowledgeable and friendly!! I highly recommend to choose him . He helped me with my concern on my babies rashes . He diagnosed her and recommended me a treatment. We love love love this place! Dr Chuck is so wonderful and gives our bubba the very best care. We love the girls on the front desk and all the nurses. Everyone has always shown us kindness and worked hard to help us any way they can. I feel safe and reassured knowing Dr Chuck is there to care for our son. He is so accommodating with his time, we've never felt rushed and they always seem to be on time whenever we have appointments. Very happy to have found this practice! the front staff were talking about a meat tenderizer for 15 minutes while I went sat down before being asked if I was checked in. once checked in I had a whole group of appointments (4 families) go in before us. our appointments was at 1530 there were 1600. had to ask before anyone said anything. the 1630 appointment are being called back as we are put into a room. read more

My newborn has been coming here ever since after my delivery and been seeing Dr. Chase. She is amazing, very detailed, does not or make you feel rushed at all. Her assistant that checks you in, taking the baby weight and all other details is also very warm and welcoming! As a new and first time parents, we are happy we chose this clinic for our now 1 month old baby girl. I definitely recomment this clinic from the front desk staff and their provider. After 5 wonderful years here unfortunately I feel it may be time to switch. They have scheduled me with a provider who didn't take my insurance causing a $75 bill that's usually covered, constantly run over an hour behind and the icing on the cake is my daughter can't start school without a signed form (she had a well check about a month ago) and they said it will take 10 days to get the form back to me. That is just bad for business when we have been loyal customers of this practice. The front desk didn't even care that she couldn't start school without this form. We have gone to Sienna pediatrics since my children were born back in 2019. I love all the pediatricians, we have never had an issue until 3 of the doctors left the practice. They must have had more of their staff leave as well because I've noticed a lot of new faces. The reception is terrible, no one ever answers the phone when I call. I'm always directed to voicemail and I never get a returned phone call. I can never get a hold of medical records and the nurses take 2 weeks to call you back with any results. It used to never be like this. I think the doctors are great here, but the office overall has really gone down hill. To me reception is number one when trying to find a good doctors office. I sadly wouldn't recommend this office to anyone anymore. I know quite a few mothers who have also left due to the same issue. read more

Dr. Kailili is the best. We love her - even my kids who have not taken doctors visits well until now (I have a 34 months boy and a 16 months old girl). Being new in Henderson we tried a few practices before coming here - they were all terrible. It takes a little long to do a first time appointment but once you pass that same day appointments do happen. Back to dr kailili - she is awesome, down to earth, explains everything, and besides being a doctor she is being a parent too trying to explain all options from both sides. While my other experiences were with doctors intoxicating my kids with unneeded antibiotics is was so refreshing to find a doctor who knows what she is doing. read more

Best pediatrics in town. I originally came here because Nevada Pediatric Specialists was trying to make me give my child a big number of vaccines all at once and I wasn't comfortable with that. Here at Siena pediatrics, they say they understand because they are parents too. Here they let you break up the vaccines however you choose, you don't have to overload your precious child. In all the chaos of preparing to have my son, I completely forgot to find a pediatrician for him. Luckily for us, Dr. Carrie was the on-call pediatrician at the hospital the day my son was born. She was so caring and explained everything we needed to know about our newborn. Right then, we decided that she would be our permanent pediatrician. We've been to the office quite a few times now and have had a pleasant experience each time. I love how there are 2 separate entrances for "sick" and "well" patients. The ladies working the front desk are friendly and efficient. The ocean mural through out the whole waiting room provides a soothing environment for anxious parents like me. The waiting room is a little small, but they call patients in quickly. As for the medical staff, they are all wonderful. The medical assistants are all kind and patient. And as for the doctors, Dr. Carrie, Dr. Rema and Dr. Rose are all awesome. I have yet to see Dr. Lillie, but I'm sure she is awesome as well. They all have a love for children and you can definitely see it in their work. I never have any questions for them because everything is already explained. Looking for an amazing pediatrician? It just keeps getting better and better! After my last review I had to take my daughter to an urgent care because this office can't accommodate sick appts in a timely manner. I called a week and half in advance to make an appt for a follow up from that urgent care visit since my daughter will be traveling and I want to ensure there is no lingering issues, especially with the ear infection she had. I received a call this week on Monday asking if I could move my Friday appointment to a new time AND a new provider since the one I was scheduled with no longer worked there (interesting, wonder what the dysfunctional story is behind that). So my previous 4:30pm appt would now be a 3:45 with Dr Carrie. I let the receptionist know that we would make it work, but we would be rushing there since my daughter gets out of school at 3:15pm. Now fast forward to today, Wednesday, I get a voicemail to the appointment is being rescheduled to 1:45pm since Dr Carrie was leaving early. How do you move appts with out even talking to the parent?! I called back and told them to figure it out, I'm not willing to accommodate another appt change especially one that would now require my daughter to miss several hours of school. She had already missed DAYS of school for this illness. I booked this appt well enough in advance that your office could accommodate the after school appt request and prior to her leaving for her school trip. I was placed on hold for over 20 min after being told again that she was leaving early that day. (You just had a provider quit for whatever reason and your leaving early... wise business decision knowing you need to accommodate those other appts) The receptionist finally came back on the line stating Dr Matt would now see me at about the same time. I am inclined to give them 1 star, but the receptionist was polite and he did accommodate a new appt time for me that he stated they were "squeezing" me in for so I added the additional star for his efforts. Both of my kids are patients here. From the moment I met the doctors in the hospital to the most minor visit, the team at Siena pediatrics has gone above and beyond. We have seen most of the PA's and almost all the doctors and I would recommend anyone of them. The front desk team makes you feel welcomed and promptly helps to book future appointments, but the nurses/ medical assistants are what sealed the deal for me. Being a new mom can be scary but Arianna has made me feel safe and secure throughout all my kiddos appointments. Her commitment to ensuring the best possible experiences has made even the vaccine appointments pleasurable! She is kind, knowledgeable and comforting. She goes above and beyond and truly cares about the kids and the parents. I am thankful to be a patient there and will probably never leave! read more

We met Dr Chuck at the hospital after delivering our daughter. We had already scheduled with another Paediatricians office, but after disappointing care we received, we decided to switch over to Siena Pediatrics. Dr Chuck has great bedside manner. Very happy with this place so far . After a few month of giving a chance to another Pediatric office across the street that neglected few serious conditions including nystagmus and pneumonia ( 3 visits in one month and I was sent home , teething they said) I had to look for another practice. Sienna Pediatrics is a beautiful office and prompt professional staff on the front desk . The visits are scheduled fast and they always follow up and care . I love Dr. MATTHEW he is very good with kids and knowledge. He never made me feel like I am crazy worried mom and addressed all my concerns. Me and my wife really like Dr. Chase, but their staff has dropped the ball a few times. We had an appointment scheduled at 8 am on a week day and nobody bothered to tell us the doctor would be stuck at a hospital and would be running late. Second, we were told that they scheduled an appointment for our son to see a dermatologist and they never faxed the referral! Third, we were referred to an allergist and they allergist didn't accept our insurance. Okay that is fine. However, I called and left a VM for the appt scheduler and never received a call back and this is going on days. Enough is enough. I am now seeking a new pediatrician. I LOVE Siena Pediatrics. Dr Carrie is amazing along with all the staff we've encountered over the course of my sons life (10 months). It's extremely hard to find a great doctor with a great staff. Siena peds is both. Also love how they can almost always get you in same day for a sick visit since they have a few rotating doctors. I took a star off because unfortunately they are not up to date on proper intact care for boys that are not circumcised. Also as a note i would not return to seeing dr shi at their office as i was waiting 1 HOUR before she came to see us for a sick visit, rushed me and made me feel dumb that i brought my son in. A week passed and took him in again to dr Carrie and he had a double ear infection and getting over a viral cold. read more

We decided to go with Siena Peds when our daughter was born because a few of our friends recommended it. We saw Dr. Carrie and immediately felt at home. She is so kind and talks to you as both a mother and a doctor. We never felt rushed, she always sat down and answered all of our questions. She would even walk us through the little paper that they give you and discuss developmental milestones. She was always so gentle and sweet to our little one, who had stranger danger for a very long time. We were always brought in on time and were in and out of the office, especially when our little one was a newborn. Dr. Carrie can be tough to get an appointment with because she is very popular so for last minute appointments we sometimes ended up with Dr. Matt or Dr. Lily. We were definitely happy with the service and quality of care both provided. Dr. Matt is a bigger guy so he can be intimidating to the younger crowd, but he is seriously the biggest teddy bear. He was so sweet and gentle with our little one and he was always available last minute. If you need a last minute appointment it's best to call right at 8am. When we first started going to them it would be tough to get someone on the phone, but they have rectified that and my call is always answered now. The front desk staff aren't the most personable, as others have mentioned, but they've never been rude to me. I also love that they will transfer you to the nurses if you just want some advice but aren't sure if you need an appointment. They also have a 24 hour nurse hotline that you can call that literally saved us one Thanksgiving. Overall, we have been very happy with their service and expertise. read more

One star because the admin staff was great and my wait time was always less than 5 min. However, I couldn't stay because I didn't trust the pediatrician, Dr Carrie, or the nurse practitioner, Nicole Cash, with the overall health of my baby boy. My 3 week old was showing text books symptoms of pyloric stenosis and after bringing this up to the np brushed it off as a paranoid first time mom and instead prescribed reflux medication. Later that night I trusted my gut and took him to ER pediatrics and they confirmed my suspicions, he no longer could digest anything and required surgery within hours. Had I listened to the np his situation could've been critical. After hearing about our experience the doctor promised me I would no longer be seeing the np but then after a couple of appointments she was back to rescheduling us with other staff. She also started recommending things I couldn't get behind like introducing solids at 2 months (he couldn't even hold his head up at this point). Not being able to trust your child's pediatrician is not a good feeling so we switched. Always trust your gut, you know your baby best. read more

Dr. Chase is the absolute best! When she first saw my oldest son during a standard exam, she caught something that needed immediate attention and referred us to a specialist. She remembers us and our boys and gives the most thorough exams. She never acts like she is rushing through the exam and we know she cares so much about my kids and us as parents. We never want to see another Doctor. It's so rare anymore for a Doctor to act like you are so important to them... We love her so much and will never leave because of her. The women and men at the Reception desk are also so sweet and are attentive as well. Great practice! read more

We have been taking our daughter here since she was born 2 years ago! They lost an Amazing Pediatrician in Rosalie Khalili, who now teaches at the new UNLV medical school. It is unfortunate that they seem to keep bringing on new doctors from Touro that is literally ranked last in academics for medical schools in the United States. The bright spot is they do not have any NP's with almost total online education from HS to masters. The staff is friendly and my Daughter is healthy, maybe thanks to Dr. Rosalie, I would have given it a 5 if she was still there and they didn't have so many people from Touro. read more

They really do know how to make my babies feel better when they're not feeling well. Call first thing in the morning at 8 am for same day sick appointments. I cannot believe what I heard today while in the office of Dr. Carrie @ Siena Pediatrics. Apparently the front office girl that was asking for help from the African American girl whom I'm assuming is a Mgr of some sort, stated to the front desk girl, WHY ARE YOU ASKING ME THIS BECAUSE IM BLACK... Ugh, I couldn't, just couldn't believe me ears. I than saw how upset the girl was by this. This type of behavior is completely inexcusable and made me VERY UNCOMFORTABLE that this type of thing could be said!!!! I couldn't wait to leave.. I hope She is reprimanded this should not be happening in the work place. She sounds angry, using the black card against a white person. I'm disgusted! Especially with everything going on in the world, she is sounded like BLM don't get me wrong, that's fine but, take it outside of work!! All I can say is Dr. Carrie is super awesome! All you ever want w/ a pediatrician to care for your kids. Very sweet lady & treats you & your kids like family. NO JOKE! A MUST go-to Dr. =) I have an autistic daughter & Dr. Carrie is just so patient w/ her. Luv it! The staff are very nice as well. Usually when I take my kids there, I never wait more than 30 mins. Honestly! I like how they also have a "sick" & "well" side for their patients. GENIUS!!! It's the 1st that I've seen a Dr's office that does that. I have no complaints for this office. We've been coming to Siena for a couple years now. Coming from my kids' former horrific pediatrician's office, this place has been amazing and God send. There have been a couple instances, especially our first couple of visits, where it felt rushed. One of the reasons why we left our old pediatrician. But as we brought the kids in at various times for various reasons, I've come to realize they're very knowledgeable and thorough. Whether it's a quick 5 minute visit or 30 min visit, they cover everything and make sure to ask if we have any questions. Dr. Kalili and recently Dr. Rema are both our favorites. They sit and listen to us, thoroughly assess the kids, and even when they're coated with cooties (today, my son's diagnosis is Hand Foot Mouth disease), dr. Rema was touching him with her bare hands letting him know it's going to be ok. Dr. Kalili has referred us to a specialist for my daughter's chalazion and we had a good experience there too. They both continue to work with us during follow ups, or caring for recurring ailments, and they remember details of our precious visits without having our file in their faces or without having to make us think back too hard. Please stay this way Siena Pediatrics. We also love the new, big, clean facility. read more

We absolutely love Dr. Carrie! She takes her time and answers all of our questions every time we are in. We are new parents, so we always have a lot of questions. She's very genuine and gives her recommendations and advice, but doesn't speak down to you or make you feel like she's rushing to get out of the room. We loved that we got to do a consultation with her before our baby was born to make sure this was the right office for us. The office has a cool theme and is always clean and smells nice inside. I love that they have a sick and well side too. Dr. Carrie books up fast though, so we always schedule the next couple appointments to make sure we can see her. read more

I called and inquired but the girl who answered the phone was in a hurry, was not accommodating, not friendly and did not provide any info on what we are going to do. Im at lost. When we moved here from North Carolina, we needed to find a well rated/reviewed pediatrician, so I consulted Yelp;) The office is really convenient from our house and easy to find. The decor and vibe is really kid friendly and everyone from the front desk, nurse and doctor were friendly and helpful. It feels good knowing we have found our new Pediatrician in Vegas. read more
