Love love my daughters new dc she listened to my concerns and gave me the referral I want it:)

I arrived on time 2 minutes early I scanned QR code and waited for a team member to call me up so 20 minutes go by I ask what's the wait they said you have to come check on I told them I did and they said you have to come to window that's not what the text said attachment included read more

Wife is there and is having insurance problems. She 100% has medical insurance but there's an issue on the back end. Son has elevated fever and they refused service. An hour later they agreed to see him after signing that she would pay for this visit out of pocket if insurance is not resolved by the time they're done. read more

I had my son's appointment scheduled at 1:30, I got there at 1:25. It was 2 o clock and I was still in the waiting room, the waiting room got full of people and it got emptied 2 times and I was still waiting to be called I asked the receptionist what was going on and all she said was "I assigned you someone they should be with you shortly" I understand sometimes they are behind schedule 10-15min but more then 20min it's ridiculous considering if you are late to your appointment they are entitled to reschedule. Why is their time more valuable than mine? Never coming back here. read more

Dr. Chase is an amazing Doctor. She is my daughter primary since the day she was born. Shes is really super nice and very knowledgeable in her field of practice. She always make us feel very comfortable and explained everything. Really love our doctor and trust her 100%. read more

Found this clinic on google, I got an appointment right away . We got lucky and had Dr Giles to see our baby. Dr Giles is great, being first time parents and with a newborn with high risk number of jaundice (we where worried) ; Dr. Giles answered our questions and made us feel at ease on her course of treatment and also his calm friendly demeanor really helped . We trust our newborns care with Dr. Giles and are glad we found him as our baby's pediatrician . I gave 4 stars only because their front office staff can be more personable and friendly. They look like they hate their job especially the checkout girl. 5 stars to Dr. Giles ! read more

I love this place! The nurses and doctors are so kind and caring. It's actually terrifying how many anti vaxxers there are in Vegas! I hope their kids don't get horribly sick. Anti vaxxers shouldn't be allowed to review a doctors office, they aren't medical professionals themselves and are harming their kids by not getting them vaccinated! read more

This place is awful!!!!!!!! They were assigned to us by our insurance and it's been a terrible experience. Scheduling with them is ridiculous and they call you several times to just confirm - then keep calling even after you've confirmed, stating it's URGENT you call them back only to be like "oh we just wanted to confirm!" I literally walked out of a training for work completely stressed out when I got that voicemail because I thought they were going to cancel my appt or no longer took my insurance. But all she was doing was confirming what I had already confirmed THREE TIMES!! So disrespectful of people's time. First bad experience: I came in worried about my son's behavior when he started daycare. The NP was so condescending and off-putting. She said, "Did you ever think he's just being a kid?" and refused any other resources. In my opinion, jumping off furniture and screaming for hours is not "just being a kid" but whatever. His dad is ADHD and I was concerned my son was as well. She didn't care at all and brushed me off like I'm a terrible mother for even suggesting he may be ADHD. Second bad experience: my 2 year old was waking up from naps at daycare with a 102-103 fever. It would dissipate after an hour or so. I took my son in to the doctor because obviously this isn't normal. I had to beg them to do a blood test. They finally agreed but NEVER called me with the results. I tried calling them and they never called back. My son ended up in the ER because he was weak and feverish. They did a blood panel and it came back showing he's extremely anemic - on the verge of a seizure. I have yet to even tell NV Pediatric Specialists because obviously they don't care. He's on iron supplements. Last straw: We were 5 minutes late for an appt and the doctor was like "nah sorry I want to go home:" I had the latest appt they would accept at the time, which was 3:20. I informed them yesterday that we will be a little late due to work. I get off of work at 3 and rushed there and they still refused to just give my kids' their immunizations. The office staff is garbage. Specifically look out for Daisy and Adriana. They are AWFUL PEOPLE. Worst care I've ever experienced for my children and I'm disgusted with how they treat their patients. read more

Camila is so rude, she hangs up before your are done asking a question, she doesn't have good costumer services it's like she hates her job, if it wasn't for the doctors that are amazing I would give it 1 star , get rid of her before she makes the office a 1 star read more

I can't believe that walk ins are now at 3:30 when they used to be at 4:30. I am in shocked because i took my daughter their and she was throwing up, her stomach hurt, she was in just a lot of pain,i took her their when I got their they we like no the doctor can't attend you at this moment because they left or they had something to do, I don't get it how doctors would leave their work to do something. like their supposed to be their no matter what and it wasn't in adult it was a child, I would understand that they would say no to an adult but to a child thats unacceptable. That means that those doctors aren't doing their job correctly. to all those people who think this is a good place it's not as I said they told my daughter no we can't attend you at this moment, so I recommend that you don't come here, but its your choice not mine. read more

My son needed a new pediatrician when we moved to this side of town. After looking at a few, I decided on this one because they are open Saturdays from 8-12, and they take walk ins from 9-11 and 1:30-4. My kid always seems to gets sick on the weekend when most doctors are closed, so I am glad I have the option to take him on a weekend if needed. Also being able to walk in without an appointment is great too. They are located in the Sunrise Hospital medical building on the 6th floor. Also cool that they are right next to the hospital, just in case. When I first called to book the appointment the lady who I talked to was so friendly and nice. She really made me feel good about choosing to go here. We set up an appointment with Dr. Nguyen to become an established patient just a few days later. Dr. Nguyen was very kind and gave my son a clean bill of health. A week later he wasn't feeling well so we took him back here around 9:30am. It was a walk in so we did wait a while, but that is to be expected. He was pretty sick so they prescribed antibiotics and I guess they have a pharmacy in house because they gave us the meds right there in the room. I love a one stop shop! Ten days later my son got sick again, so we came back during walk in hours. We waited a bit longer this time, but with no appointment what can you do. This time they diagnosed him with the flu! Once again the meds were given there, and they also requested a chest x-ray at the actual hospital to rule out pneumonia or a lung infection. I thought this was great considering how dangerous the flu can be for young children. Luckily his x-ray came back clear. It sucks when your kid is sick, but this place helps to make it bearable. read more

This review is for Dr Cynthia Chase. Dr Chase is very good to my son. I am a first time mom and so everytime I bring my son in, I always have several questions and concerns, and she's been very patient and kind to us. Actually, the very first time I brought my son when he was 2 weeks old here, we saw Dr Zilberman, he was nice, I don't have anything against him, but I just was't comfortable with him, I felt like we were rushed on our appointment, he talked so fast and didn't ask me if I had any questions before he left the room. Second time we went in, Dr Zilberman wasn't available so we were sent to see Dr. Chase instead. So glad I've met Dr. Chase!! Since then we've been seeing her until my son's insurance changed when he was 10 months and Dr. chase wasn't in network so I had to bring my son to another pedia temporarily (Mama Mia Pediatrics,- i will have a separate review for them). I got my son under my insurance this year and I can start bringing him back to Dr. chase. The office has two separate waiting room, there's one for sick babies, and one for the well babies. The whole office always seems clean and organized. Staff are really nice and accomodating! I can't complain! I haven't waited more than an hour for my son's appointment. And even if we have to wait, as a parent, that's ok. I would understand and appreciate it if the doctors are taking their time to see each and every child. read more

Dr. Niki is amazing! We have been coming here for awhile & these last couple visits I have nothing bad to say.I think they must be under new management or something. I love NPS ! Ive been taking my granddaughter here for 3 years and she thinks going to the Dr is fun now because of Pam the NP. She makes her not feel nervous or scared when being treated or just getting a check up. The only downside is SOMETIMES it's a long wait Thank you read more

I have been coming here for a little over a year since I've had my daughter. Her original Doctor was supposed to be Dr. Zilberman, but he was on vacation when I gave birth so Dr. Chase came to visit us in the hospital and I fell in love with her. She takes the time to answer any questions that I have (and being a first time mom there was plenty) and I loved that even when I was concerned about simple things she still was very patient and explained everything in depth. Not to mention my daughter seemed the most comfortable with her compared to the other doctors I she has seen here. As far as the wait goes. I schedule my appointment for the first appointment of the day right when they open, the longest I have waited was 15 minutes before being seen. I've learned the later you come in ( appointment or not) the longer you will have to wait. So if you are not a patient person then I would suggest coming in first thing in the morning. This is a high volume pediatric office, so please keep in mind you may not be seen that very second you walk in, if you are patient with them you won't have any issues! They deal with enough nasty people on a day to day and a little kindness and understanding goes a long way. I will continue to come here and with my second baby due in October I plan on having Dr. Chase on speed dial to come see her in the hospital! read more

Despite having taken my kids here for the past 4 years I will never go back to this office now that they promote child endangerment/neglect. Called to ask about the steps they are taking to protect against the corona virus as my newborn had an appointment in a couple days. They informed me that only one parent was allowed with the patient, so I asked for confirmation on whether or not my other children were allowed to come with me. The receptionist responded telling me I could leave my 4 other children; ages 2, 3, 7, and 10; in the car unattended. I informed her that that was child abuse and that you can't do that, and she repeated it again. Call back asked for a supervisor and was told the same thing by the supervisor. The supervisor argued with me sayings because of the virus it is fine to leave your children unattended in a vehicle. read more

Dr. Douglas is AMAZING! She is not only compassionate, she also takes the time to explain what is going on with my boys. This Doctor seriously needs to move to a better office (literally) with NEW STAFF! Most of these employees are in "training" that they even FORGOT to notify me about my son's 6 month well-check!!! I had to remind them and their response was that "I don't know what happened" The wait is RIDICULOUS!! Usually takes about 1 hours to check in-see the doctor but I have been there when I was waiting for 3 HOURS!!!! Imagine with kids??? Saturday appointments are all taken/booked. They over book their appointments. This review does not go towards the doctors (they are amazing) but the structure needs to change. Every time we go we see a different doctor.... is it not Dr. Douglas consistently... therefore, I am taking my business elsewhere where I will not be waiting almost half day to see a doctor! Good Luck on seeing Dr. Douglas! read more

Very unsatisfied with front desk and back desk staff. Doctors are great, Dr. Pam and Dr. Zilberman are great. Too bad this clinic is not to the same expectations. We have been going for over a year letting the odd things done to us by the desks go by because we trully loved our docs. The last straw was drawn to go elsewhere. I would not recommend coming here. We should have learned it from the first time we got disappointed! We really tried to give them a chance. We came to the point where we were feeling rejected because of our race, we did ask the manager in charge if they were racist because we did felt discriminated against. One example of their discrimination was when my wife waited for shot records and the back desk shoved her aside to help the next person in line without telling us anything. We left the premises immediately and called to speak with Dr. Zilberman, since he told us to speak to him if it happened again, staff told us to hold and hold.... hold. As you assumed Dr. Zilberman was too busy, and never returned our calls. I think the staff never sent my complaint over to him, since I know Dr. Zilberman is a great doctor and will not leave me hangging for more than 2 months. The appointments were never on time from their behalf. We would arrive 15-30 min early to our appointments, but we were not seen but after 30min-2hours later, thats a whopping 2 hour wait. We left our first pediatrics because of this. My two kids, 1 and 3 yrs old, will go find another clinic thats on time with their appointments. Hope the clinic reads this and make some drastic changes on their staff and appointment settings. read more

This place is awesome!!! I did a new patient walk in before 11am like the reviews said. And they took my child. I waited maybe an hour and a half to be seen and done. Which I didn't mind the wait bc I knew I had to respect appointment times. I will definitely come back. I'm new to Las Vegas, this is def a step up compared to Sunrise pediatrics. That office was a nightmare!!! I'm so happy my child FINALLY has a good pediatrician. read more

Unprofessional back office staff! The front office as well as check out staff are polite. Dr Zilberman is a great doctor , it's a shame he has incompetent assistants. I have twins and the staff always confuses my them. They mislabeled their blood specimens and I had to be notified from the lab this happened. (The lab called me to clarify)When I brought it up to the MA's they had no explanation for me. As they were going to administer my children's vaccines the needles on the syringes were the wrong size on 4 of 6 vaccines? I asked them to please be careful when charting results for my twins. As I was checking out ,I heard them in the back mocking my comment of the mixing up of charts. Very unprofessional staff , don't go here especially if you have twins. read more

Please do not choose this pediatric clinic!! My daughters pediatrician is Dr Peterson and she has been with her since the day she was born. That's the only reason why we chose to stay. Out of all the staff members I think we only like 1 girl and we just tolerate her. The staff in the front office in the receptionist area are terrible!!! They are always messy and disorganized but none of them look like they care. I knew I was going to have a problem with them since the first time I called to schedule an Appointment. When we showed up they didn't have an record of me scheduling and appointment and even my husband got mad at me!! Ever since then I've had issues. I drop off 5 papers for them to fill out so I can put my daughter in day care. There were no patients in the waiting room and they told me it would be ready the next day and they would call me. I called 2 days after not hearing from them. I spoke to 3 different people and one thought I needed a translator. No one knew what I was talking about!! So they said they would have paper work I needed for daycare whenever I came in. I gave them more than an hour!! I show up and no paper work was filled out!!! They only returned 2 papers! They said they were busy but it's not my problem that they procrastinate! Unprofessional!! They do not care here! Honestly the pediatricians are not even worth the hassle!! Just choose a different one please!! We are already in the process! read more

If you think I'm the kind of person that only writes bad reviews it's not so. I mean I am currently changing providers because I walked into the clinic shortly before 10 and walked out at about 1240 without being seen. It's ridiculous how long I waited to be attended. Then the manager walks in after I complained about the time to tell me the doctor was going to see us in 5 mins. After 15 mins had passed I said screw this I'm leaving. I saw that damn doctor walk into another room that's when I had it. Fuck this place. Go across the street next to the hospital it's called healthy kids ped. Dr brooks is awesome. This place I swear even with an appointment I don't think we saw the same person. This place is shit. Seriously only if you have to go here go. read more

Usually takes 30 minutes for you to be called even if you have an appointment. Once you're in a room they take 45 minutes to an hour & a half to see you. Pam Douglass NP is very knowledgeable and gives each patient the attention they need.

Dr. Peterson was great, that is the ONLY reason I am giving them one star. I never met Dr. Zilberman. The last time I took my daughter to her check up and vaccination appointment I was BEYOND LIVID! During that appoint Dr. Peterson was out. I had a 2:30 appointment. I waited for an hour in the waiting room before being called back. This is normal. HOWEVER, when I was taken into the examination room I was there until 6:00 PM BEFORE THE PA-C was able to see my child. What ticked me off was the fact that I was the second person to arrive. I understand doctors tend to book several appointments for the same time frame. When I showed up at 2:15, there was 1 other person ahead of me. After being in the waiting room for 5 minutes, 7 other families showed up AFTER my arrival, not to mention the rest of the appointments scheduled until 5:00. They were ALL seen before me!!! Once I was called into the back, I was there for 30 min before asking for an update. I was told the doctor was behind, and he would be with me in about 10 min. Another 30 min passed. Again I asked for an update and I was given the same lame excuse as before. I waited... Finally, at about 4:45/5:00 I was told that the doctor was still behind, but I could see the PA-C, I agreed. She came in, was somewhat helpful and walked out. I then had to wait an additional 20 minutes before the nurse came in to give my daughter her shots. By the time she came in it was past 6. Of course the nurse was in a hurry to get out of there herself. She was rushing and was so rough. I have never wanted to punch a nurse so BAD in my life! Not only was she rough with my daughter, she punctured her little leg so hard, she now has a permanent scar from the vaccination, all because she was in a hurry! Careless, disrespectful, and just plain RUDE! The ONLY reason I put up with this unprofessionalism was because my daughter needed her vaccines. Once she was done, she rushed me out of the exam room. As I walked out changing my daughter in the hallway all the nurses were standing around the check out desk waiting for me to walk out. When I looked around I realized the office was closed. I was out of there by 6:45 PM... Never again will I go back to this office and I will NEVER recommend anyone there. They have no respect for you as a person! read more

The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because i like the doctors... I had my son 2 months ago and since i hadn't picked a pediatrician yet my ob suggested Dr zilberman since they are in the same building. So i kinda ended up here. Dr Peterson is actually who came to check baby at the hospital she was very helpful and informative. I was unfortunate enough to have him right before new years so everything was closed when i was trying to figure out his insurance and scheduling follow up appointment. So i faced everything to the insurance and they were telling me he was covered while they were telling me in the office he wasn't covered because they were using the online verification system that had not been updated yet. Long story short (haha) i argued with them long enough that they picked up the phone and called and oh guess what! He was covered! then baby ended up having serious jaundice causing me to have to come in every day until his level came down while they never charged me any copay for which i asked about since i knew he had a $30 PCP copay. More recently i scheduled his 2 month shots at his 1 month appointment and the date the girl scheduled me for was just shy of his 2 month birthday so i asked if that was OK... She said it was fine... I showed up for my scheduled appointment only to find out he can't get his shots its too soon i need to reschedule. Well I'm already here and i have a couple questions so may as well ask. So on my way out i already figured they were gonna count it as a visit even though they screwed up i asked a different girl if i had a copay... Oh yeah it's $ 30 ... In 2 months this is the first time they have asked for money. So i schedule for the following week... Show up next week "oh did you know you have a$500 balance"... Of course i do every time i came in you told me not to pay! Ugh they have high turn over and no one knows what's going on! On a much more positive note the docs really are great! Dr Peterson doesn't make me feel stupid when i ask every silly new mom question in the book. Pam is very nice she also answers all my silly questions and I don't feel like she is trying to rush out of the room bc the front desk over booked her. Dr Zilberman did my son's circumcision and he was great. He explained exactly what he would be doing then escorted me out to the lobby to wait while they did the procedure. About 20 min later they came and got me said everything went well. I got very clear post op instructions and some ointment samples to help baby heal. I was very unsure about having this done in office since my experience with my nephew this was done at the hospital before he went home, BUT I must say he is all healed up and it looks great no strange scar tissue or anything. Josh the office manager is very nice and they have Saturday appointments!!! OVERALL:: I go for the doctors but the staff sucks in general .... to be fair there are a couple girls that seem to know what they are doing but just a couple read more

This place is one of the worst. The only good thing here are the doctors, but even they don't spend more than 5 mins with your child. The front staff have no idea what is going on. Copay is a guess. They'll tell you no copay then send you a bill later. They've also had me pay only to find out later that now I have a credit. And then they keep trying to charge copay for well-child visits. Billing is horrible. Waiting room is stuffy and claustrophobic. Don't get me started on the wait times. My last visit there was the last straw. After waiting for over 2 hours, no kidding, over 2 hours, still no doctor came to see us. I was so furious, we just left. Got a new pediatrician after that. My recommendation? Don't go here. They have a lot to do to get their act together. read more
