When I requested to see another dentist in the office I was told that Dr Prak had to approve me being seen by one of her associates. Correct me if I'm wrong but associates usually cover for each other when there is an opening available. At least this has been my experience in the past. I asked the receptionist approximately when can I expect a call to know if "I have permission" to see another dentist. She could not tell me and was the least bit compassionate about my unrelieved pain. Needless to say I will be looking for another dentist who hires professional staff that actually cares about the patients and who trust their associates to see their patients when they can't.

His staff (Shannon and Mia) welcome you with a big smile and are ready to answer any questions big or small. The cleaning was easy and his assistant Mia did a great job with my full mouth xrays. Normally they are not very comfortable but she did it very effortless. Dr. Dinh reviewed my xrays and addressed my concerns about needing a new crown which I did return to get done. The process was painless. He takes his time to inject the anesthesia so there is little discomfort and waits until it takes affect before using the drill. I had the option of watching a movie on the ceiling screen but opted to rest my eyes. I actually was able to take a little cat nap while he and Mia worked in my mouth. In the end, I walked out with a temporary crown and received my permanent one 2 weeks later. The permanent one fit like a glove and only minor adjustments were needed. I only have positive words for Dr. Dinh and his office staff. From the wonderful chairside manner to the painless procedures, Dr. Dinh makes you feel comfortable and puts any anxiety at ease. Shannon, his office manager, has a calm demeanor and respectfully discusses your treatment and financial options. Coffee had stained that tooth badly, as well as the rest of my teeth. I hadn't smiled in a photo for the previous couple of years because I was so ashamed of my teeth. I asked Dr. Boeckmann what I could do about that one tooth. He suggested crown veneers. We can't just do the one tooth because it wouldn't match the other teeth. He suggested we do 8 teeth. I was apprehensive because I'd seen people who had veneers that were too large, or just didn't seem to fit their mouths. I was very nervous when I went to my first appointment to get my temporary veneers. Dr. Boeckmann's staff are all very, very sweet and very professional. They all assured me, he had done so many and was an expert. His assistant showed me hers and I was sold. I relaxed and after 3 hours in his chair, when I looked at my temporary veneers, I was sooo pleased. This is the best dental decision I've ever made and the financial investment has been well worth it. My decision to trust Dr. Boeckmann is also one of the best I've ever made.
