Amazing! April was so great, the tour was fun! And very informative. The drinks were so delicious! We had the Ray Breeze, it had apple rum and when I tell you the apple rum was absolutely delicious and went down smooth!

Excellent customer service and the drinks are fantastic. An excellent choice for a Mother's Day outing. Complete with treats, live music and a beautiful outdoor setup.

This was our first visit to Loveton Farms and everything about it was amazing! First, the liquors are top notch!! It is the first time ever that I was able to sip vodka and rum straight without being overpowered by the taste. So delicious! Second, the staff are all very helpful, friendly, and fun! They made the experience extremely enjoyable. Last, the atmosphere is so laid back yet upscale -- not what you would expect at all when driving into a business park setting. They have outdoor seating as well as indoor so there are plenty of options. When you add in the flexibility of being able to reserve a guaranteed spot online, the tasty cocktails you can order, and so on, it truly totals up to a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back!

The ticket includes a behind-the-scenes tour of where the magic happens, a drink, and a bottle of whiskey that you get to create yourself. Yes, it felt like being back in chemistry class all over again, but way more fun! The venue itself is beautifully decorated. There's a large bar area where you can sit and enjoy a drink, and they also sell snacks (which is definitely a plus because no one should drink on an empty stomach). There's a restroom near the bar, plus additional bathrooms down the hall connected to the venue. They also have an area where they display the bottles of whiskey they sell. *I purchased a bottle of Eubie's Knees to make hot toddies when sick* The location is in a warehouse-style district with other establishments nearby if you want to explore before or after your visit. I noticed an ice cream shop and a coffee shop, which adds to the overall experience. Greg, our tour guide, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the entire whiskey-making process. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and would absolutely come back to do this again!

This evening it was their house punch, but I'm not sure if that's always the same welcome cocktail every time . Once everyone who scheduled the same time slot as you arrives you will start off with a tour of the warehouse. The tour guide will give you a brief history of the distillery and explain their distilling process. The tour was definitely informative and interesting. After that, you will head to the tasting room where your blending flight has been placed on one of the tables for you. You will have a small pipette to get samples from the four options that you have. Once you have selected, you'r perfect blend one of the bartenders or employees will take it back to the distillery to mix your own personalized bottle for you to take home. Even after you're done, you're more than welcome to hang out in the tasting room and order another cocktail or look through some of the merchandise they have for sale.

The class is about 1 hour long and you make 2 cocktails that feature their drinks. The staff is super welcoming and excited to help you learn. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything that is used as a mixer or addition to the drink is made in house. Super tasty. We made a tea based drink and then another one (see photos). Both were good. It was nice to have every single detail thought out and ready. The room where you are taking the class is very comfortable and has terrific views. We sat out on their lawn that is waterfront when we were done. Super nice area. They do have a bar that is on the premises as well. There was an outdoor bar, but it wasn't open when we were there (beginning of May). This would be a super fun place to come for lunch or just to hang out on the grassy area and watch the scenery. Parking could be an issue and you will have to pay. Keep that in mind for time management. Overall, a super fun thing to do. Highly recommend.

There was no heat and I assume no AC. It was a cold day but they had some heaters to make it more comfortable. Plenty of seating out there. That had a bad offering two whiskey samples and two beer samples from Monument City Brewery. They also had a small bar that you could order three different cocktails. $10 is the regular price but only $5 during happy hour from 4-6. Walked in and started to talk to the wonderful and enthusiastic guy who worked there. He asked what my drinking preference is. I didn't have the heart to say wimp or light weight and muttered something about being a mixed drinks kind of girl. I was first poured a sample of the Lone vodka that is made by a husband-wife team called Gray Wolf. It was quite delightful. I tried a few rums, their curaçao, some flavored rums and a dark and stormy made with Lyon's own ginger beer. I ended up loving the coconut rum (tasted like toasted coconut) and the curaçao and decided to bring them home with me along with the vodka and some syrups. They also have tours too but I missed one by a few minutes and didn't want to wait 90 minutes. I do recommend get your cup of water ready if you was a wimp like me. It was over 100 degrees outside, and there was an extreme heat warning in effect. When I walked in, I realized the Rum Room was operating by reservation only that day, which I completely understood. However, because of the dangerous heat, I simply asked for a glass of water. The hostess refused to provide one. I would have happily paid for bottled water or any available option, but the complete unwillingness to offer even a glass of water during extreme heat was disappointing and showed a lack of basic customer care. Based on this experience alone, I would give zero stars if I could. It's unfortunate because I had been a loyal supporter of Lyon Rum for years, but this experience has completely changed my opinion.

My absolute favorite is the Lady Anne white rum. Some white rums are barely better than rbbing alcohol, but this has character and depth and makes a fantastic mojito. RIP Lost Ark!
