The staff is always friendly, accommodating, & knowledgeable about services and products making recommendations and answering any questions clients may have. The managers do a great job training the part time staff. I have a service animal and this is definitely a "happy place" to take a break after errands appointments. And "The Guy" is the best!!

There was a dirty bowl with dried food next to me on a desk. I stood there for what seemed like forever and she was finally ready for me. Told me to lay down on the table and she began the process. She did not explain one thing to me about what she was doing or how long it would take, and your eyes are closed the entire time. At one point she said 'I'm going to use the bathroom. Holler if you need me.' I didn't even know her name. After the procedure I asked questions about what exactly she did to my lashes. It was a very unpleasant experience and I will never go back.

The age/sun spots are less prevalent, and my skin glows. I know she did microneedling, some kind of mask, and a serum or something that made my dry skin feel more hydrated than it has for ages. Her soothing music and gentle touch made me feel more relaxed than I have in ages, and whatever she was doing felt so good, I didn't want it to end. I mentioned I was going to try to color my eyebrows when I got home to cover the gray, and she trimmed them and colored them for me. I specifically called ahead and asked for a stylist who specializes in short haircuts. Instead, I was paired with someone who seemed fresh out of school and specialized in highlights. I showed the stylist multiple inspiration pictures, but the final result looked nothing like them. Don't let the high-end atmosphere or great reviews fool you--they completely ignored my preferences. Not every woman wants long, highlighted hair. Some of us are professionals who prefer short, sharp styles, and we deserve to be paired with stylists who actually have that skill set. I drove home in tears. Save your money and go somewhere that actually listens to clients.
