I asked him for information regarding transportation for a cat that has been coming to my back patio. I explained that I am no longer driving, and I had posted on Ring pictures of this kitty to see if anyone is missing him with no one responding. Charlie was so nice and helpful, although they do not transport animals, he gave me his manager, Mayura's phone number, and suggested that I text her. As soon as I texted Mayura, she called me and told me that I needed to see if the cat was chipped. She provided me the phone number of Animal Control. Mayura also provided me the number of SNAP just in case the cat is not chipped. She mentioned that SNAP can help with the cost of having the cat neutered and vaccinated. I did call Animal Control and as soon as I am able to get this cat in a kennel. I will call Animal Control to see if he is chipped. I do believe this cat belongs to someone, because he is so well behaved. Charlie and Mayura are truly kind and love animals. I'm sure the entire staff is just as caring. All the ladies totally ignored me and just kept on talking and laughing while I stood there waiting for someone to notice me and give me more guidance. I find this place to have rude staff that are not so friendly up front at the adoption office. Once you go inside to take a look at the animals, the staff are much nicer and approaches you to ask if you are looking for a particular breed of puppy. Minus one star for service up front, and minus one star for the unsanitary. Thank goodness I am here for the animals, not the people.
