First thing Doug had me do was place my computer on the counter. I informed Doug I had someone remote accessing my computer. He said well let's get down to it and find any programs related to this. In about 45 seconds he found four hidden in the program files. Milo then came over and off the top of his head named a few more. As opposed to giving me some BS " Oh we'll fix it " answer and not fixing it!!!!! They showed me in real time what they found. They kept it overnight to let it run. There we're a few other small issues that the other place couldn't fix or too lazy to try. Doug fixed everything!! I've had the computer back 6 days now and so far everything is nails!!! Last month I finally left this establishment and should have done this much sooner. I am currently saving a significant amount of money by doing so at another facility. Savings of $140 a month, for the same size unit!!! Dina and Dave who live on this site are great. Dina is the regional manager and Kariss is the site manager. When I first moved in Kriss did her job, as she should. I rented the units but immediately she wanted me to leave a five star review. I did so but that was based on just the move in. During the time there I became increasingly frustrated with Khriss. Reasons why are numerous but the main thing was loss of money. My money!!! After giving written and verbal notice of departure, well in advance for that a specific unit I saw that she let the autopay charge for that empty unit go thru! Once again that was loss of my money!!! Khriss is a nice person but I feel that she definitely dropped the ball on something that was solely her responsibility! Dina did make sure that another overcharge was revoked. Like I said there are other numerous circumstances that cause me to give her this one star review. No brag just fact!

Seaspray created and installed a magnificent retractable awning over our back patio, as well as a…read morenon-retractable window awning over our upstairs bedroom window, and we couldn't be happier. The workmanship is outstanding - the framework/metal/mechanism and fabric (don't know the proper terminology) used in the construction of the patio awning is a work of art and the customer service provided by Doug and the installers, Nick and Ryan, was second to none. In speaking with the installers this morning, my husband and I were impressed with how loyal there are to their employer - sounds like the entire team works beautifully together. They take great pride in the work they produce and it shows. Before choosing Seaspray, we considered other awning manufacturers and installers, but knew we wanted the best. Seaspray (formally King-Parish) has been in business for 50-60 years and the quality of the products they produce speak to their integrity and experience. (I should also note that not only are the awnings beautiful, they are efficient as well. The temperature of the inside of our home dropped dramatically upon installation of both awnings and we can now sit outside on the patio in complete comfort, regardless of how hot - or rainy - it gets.)

Seriously? What a sad excuse for a post office. Rude crass and unprofessional even when they have violated the federal law multiple times. Surprised someone else hasn't sued them yet. I know I will.
