They went above and beyond to make sure our graphics looked perfect. We have a complex logo and they weren't happy with the initial inks for our shirts and kept ordering different inks and adjusting until the colors came out exactly how we wanted them. This is my GO TO place for all my embroidery. I've had countless hats designed and embroidered, logo's embroidered on on jackets and vests along with all my kids school polo shirts. Why so rude? I've used Amos screen printing before. I don't have a problem with their work my problem is with their customer service. I simply called and asked if the shirt's were ready and I was told in a very Stern voice... did we call you? I said no (it had been about a week) and the reply was well then it's not done. read more

The owner was very rude, aggressive, impatient, dismissive and arrogant, with a serious lack of empathy and consideration for anyone but herself. A few quick calls to local competitors, resulted in finding much better prices and service from people who understand the business of professional communication and the value of building long term relationships with their clients. read more

I visited their screen/embroidery for some customized workshirts. I was disappointed to see that their staff wasn't very motivated to help me or work with me (I was a returning customer). I took my business to Ray's because they seemed concerned enough to sit down with me & understand what I needed. The fine people at Amos Screen Printing & Embroidery did a fabulous job making a license plate plaque for my husband's wheel chair. My husband is a double amputee, Vietnam Veteran, and we had a plastic license plaque with a comical saying on the back of his wheelchair. I tried to laminate it to protect the plaque, and it melted. I took it to Amos Screen Printing and they were able to make it on a sturdy material and better than new. They also honored my husband as a Veteran and gave the plaques to him at no charge. I'm giving them 2 stars because the shirts we managed to get from them were not bad. But this is a company that takes care of their long time customers over anyone new. Wanted them to letter our vehicle and at first they somewhat communicated, we had to initiate most of it. Then after 2 weeks, they stopped communicating at all. I would choose a different company for sure. One that actually cares about you and doesn't act weird when you show up at their business. read more

Very poor service. Product was ok. But customer service was piss pore at best. Also didn't follow through with a decal I wanted made when we agreed on doing it. Lastly, they seem like they could care less about small orders( like a sticker or two) and only interested in bigger orders. They lost my future business. read more
