He was even able to come out that same day. He repaired our system and then gave it an overall inspection. In that inspection he found one problem that needed to be fixed right away so he did. This repair required him moving some border brick and the rocks behind it. When he finished that repair you couldn't even tell that he had done that. I loved that he cleaned up after himself and made the repair look like new. He even provided an analysis report and estimate for future work that either he could do or we should do ourselves. Nothing like running a test on your sprinkler system after purging them to prepare for winter and…read morenot a drip. It's a pain to find a business who's honest and knowledgeable. It's also hard to find someone who's going to come out on a Friday in the later part of the day. It could be weeks or days and in the meantime we could have a leak leading to a huge water bill. So when Mr. Olvera from Oasis Sprinkler Service said he'd be by in 20 minutes I was shocked. The system was fixed and I was educated on the different sprinklers we have. I had no idea but it is the reason our grass is dead in the backyard yearly! I also had no idea the rain sensor had a battery that needed to be changed out or it's a useless fence ornament. I never thought about that seasonal setting on the panel but it's vital to avoid paying to have sprinkler heads replaced plus water waste. After all this I was expecting upwards of $150 or more "as it always is" but nope ... $75! If you want quick, honest, knowledgeable, reliable and affordable service I recommend Oasis!
