These people are amazing. Not only did they do what was scheduled, they also went the extra mile- twice. First doing some extra work on my rv at no extra charge, secondly, as I was leaving my belt slipped off. It's not work they do but the owner (Joe and his wife) spent after hours finding a mechanic who could do the work. First encounter was great so we called them when our furnace went out in December. NEVER answered the phone , can't leave a message, only texts. Days of waiting for a response, tech finally shows up, after several visits no fix, he leaves & no response. Sent a text to the office, response was they thought it was fixed (this happened twice). After a few more weeks of waiting, said we were done, send the bill. That's going on 3 weeks & no bill, no response to our text. HORRIBLE customer service. To Sierra Mobile rv repair. I've waited for 3 days wanting a grey tank dump valve handle fixed. All I wanted was a tech to come out and either fix the handle or tell what he needs to do to get the job done. 3 days of text yet no one wanted to schedule a appointment. Finally after getting up in the morning and waiting until 9 am to contact them on the 3rd day the answer from the owners was simply NO! No they won't look at it? When I replied after 3 days all I get is a NO? Then the next reply was "oh sorry" we can look at it maybe next week. I've had enough of them by this time and then they started getting rude. That doesn't bother me but it is a testament to how they run a company. What a joke this place is. I'll haul my camper to get it fixed than to put up with these folks! They were unable to resolve a water leak after trying 10+ times. I finally pulled the topper off to see what was going on. Once I removed the outer sweep gasket, I saw they have been trying to get sealant behind the inner sweep without taking it off. Huge mess I had to clean up. Steer clear of this company read more

I had them install a larger roof air on my motorhome. It works well. I was quoted $120 minus $40 for Veteran's discount labor. I was charged $170. In the process of lifting the unit on to the roof, using a step ladder in the back of their pickup, they managed to break my tv antenna. When I asked about it, the technician denied. Called Sierra RV wanting to order or pick up plastic corrugated belly material, 8' wide. I was quoTed $25 dollars a foot. i was ready to buy, but no one ever got back to me. I found the same material for $2.87 per foot . That's $ 22.13 more per foot. Extremely insulted by that kind of a price difference. read more

These people have been EXTREMELY helpful these past couple weeks, with trying to find the right surge protector for our RV, to last minute needing a longer sewer hose, and now getting an antenna replaced on the roof because of my negligence. Had this Co. out twice. First to install antenna, second to repair drainage valve. Both times, the tech had to leave but said he would return the next day. Never returned and no Courtesy call. When doing the valve, he dropped the undercarriage insulation, left the screws and brackets under the rig and left saying he would return in 4 days with a new valve. No return and again no call. When I called the company I was informed that the tech was back on schedule and she would have him call me. He called, apologized and said he would return tomorrow. We shall see! This Company has a good reputation and is recommended by our RV Park. But, I have do rate their dependability very low per the above. I will not use them again. read more

Never worked with them prior. I actually work for another dealer in a whole other state. Called to line them up with a client, being that he was camping at a campsite out of my current state, but couldn't get anyone one the phone. To my surprise, i received a text from their number asking me to state my problem, and they were on another call at that moment. Pretty neat if i say so myself. I shared the client info and what his issue was and where he was located. She said she would have someone go out in about 2 hours!! Wow! What service! Bravo!!!! While staying at the KOA South Padre Island TX we had an issue with our Atwood rangetop/oven. We asked around and several people at the campground all said to use Sierra, so we did. They sent a knowledgeable technician out the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and then came back to install it the day the part came in. Their prices are very fair IMO. They also have a very good wash & wax service with trucks throughout the campground every day. read more

I don't really know what to say except, wow!!!! My partner and I drove into South Padre all the way from Houston on New Year's Eve. When we got to our campground, we had an issue with one of our scissor jacks on our pop-up camper. At about 7:30 on New Year's Eve night, I called Sierra RV just to see if their business hours were on a recording of some sort. When I got a voicemail, I hung up and didn't leave a message. Immediately I received a text from a Port Isabel number stating that Sierra RV was closed and asking if there was something they could help me with. Long story short, whomever was texting me on New Year's Eve agreed to have someone meet me at the store on New Year's day to get the part I needed and even offered to assist us in installing the part!!!! We are currently in the parking lot of Sierra RV into employees are assisting us in replacing our broken scissor jack. Beware if you purchase things from this business. We recently purchased a boat from them. When we took the boat for a test ride we were told that everything on the boat stayed. While we were inside paying for the boat they were outside removing canvas, anchor and ropes and life jackets. None of which are cheap to replace. After several attempts to call a nd fixed thes things they have not been resolved. I would never do business with this company and would not recommend it to anyone else. read more
