This review is for their mobile repair service. We had a water line come loose behind our refrigerator and so we had to turn our water off because we had water running everywhere. Called them 1st thing in the morning and they came right out and had it fixed in less than an hour! Very very reasonable pricing. The guys were very nice and helpful. This wasn't a warranty issue, but we have some other things that need to be done that are and they will handle the warranty stuff for us. We will definitely be using them again. Ok firstly this experience was amazing. I rented a camper with a friend for 2 nights. The wonderful couple who own this place went out of their way to make sure I got the camper at a time that worked for me and my crazy schedule. They provided snacks, coffee and all the basics. I was going to run to the store for foil but looked around in the camper and it was even there! These people thought of everything. The camper was so easy to set up even solo. I had a couple minor issues like couldn't find the water pump switch called Emily and she immediately helped me out. Rent one of these and spend a weekend at the beach. It's so nice to have the ability to take a shower cook a meal and sleep on the BEACH waking up to the sunrise plus the fresh coffee provided by twisted coastal. Called them after they were recommended by other RV repair shops. Terrible service. Technician said he knew how to work on Aquahot systems but it became quickly obvious that he knew nothing about them. I would not recommend this shop for anything. They also charged an exorbitant fee for not fixing the Aquahot. read more

When reviewing the quality of a rental company you are considering, you want to know how they respond when things aren't going right not when everything went perfectly. Twisted Coastal is a company that just doesn't know how to respond to problems on so many levels. We rented an RV from then for a three week period, end of May beginning of June, at an absolutely wonderful KOA campground in Corpus Christi. We had a special sight right on the Laguna Madre. The total price for the RV rental was near $3000 and we put down a deposit of half. We had two dogs with us and we had a Waggle temperature monitor to make sure they were comfortable in the trailer while we were away. On day 6 as we were driving in town, we received an alert that the temperature was rising in the trailer. We turned around and returned when it hit 84 degrees but it was still rising and got to 90. First, Ms. Boldroff, who is the owner of Twisted Coastal isn't a communicator. She doesn't want to speak to you and many times when we communicated by text she would say she would be back in touch with me and hours later I'd have to call her. To make a long story short, wonderful technicians tried to fix the air conditioners for two days and on the third day it was decided to replace the rig completely. This ordeal entailed us living somewhere else for 3 days and spending most of those days waiting for a response or a repair person. Finally, on the phone Ms. Boldroff was very apologetic but when I told her a phone call in the beginning to explain what she was planning and am apology would have gone a long way. She agreed and explained she was new to this. She offered to refund the money for the days we stayed elsewhere and to pay for the rental space at the KOA. She was dedicated to making this right. In the days that followed, I asked several times about the refund and she always said she was working on it. I suspect she checked with someone who told her not to give us any money as we had few options in recourse and to write a detailed letter making it seem like broken air conditioners was our fault. That is exactly what she conveyed to us after our stay as we were on our way back home. Remember she agreed personally to reimburse us. In the end, the replacement RV could only keep the RV cool if we kept all of the shades closed and that only worked in the morning and evening. During the day with all the shades drawn it sill got to 87 degrees. This was a very busy campground and we talked to dozens of other RV owners and none of them had this problem. Several told us that in the heat of the day their RVs didn't get hotter than 80 degrees. Of course living on the water with the shades drawn wasn't what we thought we were paying for. Lastly, if you do consider Twisted Coastal, make sure you see the actual document you will be asked to sign before you arrive and before Twisted Coastal already has your money. The one you can see on their website is incomplete. There are items like, DON'T PUT ANY TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILET, IF THE RV IS DAMAGED DUE TO NATURAL CAUSES (STORM ETC.) YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPLACEMENT/REPAIR. There are others so please look at that document before Twisted Coastal has your money. There is one simple fact you can take from this story, don't expect any promises Ms. Boldroff makes to you to be dependable and Twisted Coastal can be extremely disappointing. read more

BE AWARE. NO FLUSHING ANY TOILET PAPER DOWN TOILET. Wolfpack toy hauler- unit not set up properly. 1st morning-extremely low water pressure. was told to take off blue water filter outside, that helped could shower and flush commode. 2nd morning-gray water back up in shower-grey line was not left open as we were told it would be during set up. 10:30 pm that night commode back up. called twisted. No call back. started calling next morning finally got a call back at 7:00am. no one came to fix untill 1:30pm that day. This is unexceptable. No toilet use for 15 hours. I was told no toilet paper down toilet at all. We we're not told this when we rented nor was it in our contract. We would never have rented. I was told there was a sign by toilet, NOT! sign said no femine products, tissue,wipes, napkins, paper towels, hair nothing about toilet paper. Sheets we're not clean, missing window covering in living area. Terrible experience!!! Went to hotel last night. Will not use them again! read more
