This took another few days and we missed closing scheduled for the first time. We missed the second as well since there were no final disclosures issued. There were many more mistakes made in process by them. The worst thing: We paid their mistakes and the money (deposit) from my 10 year old son has been retained by the seller! While one day before the closing day, Leslie Guidry emailed my husband at the back of me to ask if want to put me on title. I found it is ridiculous and not show respect on me. It is not professional either, they at least needs to cc me to let me know. Also, there is zero communication with the employees in this company. Every time Leslie Guidry and Michael Oak tell us different stories and sent us different emails. For example, one person said we need this and then the other one said we do not needt this documents.
