If you are looking for an office full of people who care and genuinely have your best interest at…read moreheart, look no further. This is the place! Roughly two months ago, I was playing with my fur baby and I became a casualty of her zoomies. Consequently, I was unable to walk. I literally had to stay on the ground and hope for the best. I know this sounds awful, but it really wasn't. I had this serene feeling that everything was going to be okay. So, I remained calm, called 911, and asked them to send an ambulance. Little did I know a fire truck would come with all the sirens as well as an ambulance. I was a bit embarrassed, but that feeling faded quickly, as my rescue crew was quite attractive . I was quickly taken to Mercy Hospital ER (great crew of people) and triaged. While I was there, I was told that my bones were messed up. I fractured my left tibia and broke my left thumb. I needed to be seen by an orthopedic surgeon. My choices were to stay the night in the hospital until one made the rounds (HARD PASS!) or find one that could see me sooner rather than later. So, while I waited for my partner to get me, I started searching for one. On my first try, I found Folsom Orthopaedic Surgery. Megan answered my call. From the moment she spoke with me, I knew I found the right place. She was able to get someone to review my X-Rays within a couple of hours, because my EMR is connected through Dignity Health. And, although It was almost the end of her busy day she was determined to do her best. And, she did it! Megan is the best! She was patient, informative, accommodating, and exuded a level of customer service that is fleeting these days. I don't know how she pulled it off but she got me in within 2 business days! And as everyone knows, after COVID, getting an immediate appointment with a specialist is not an easy 'ask'. But, Megan did it! When I arrived at the office I was able to meet her and Nabela, at the front desk. They were just as personable in person as they were by phone. The office is quite roomy and clean. It has a true professional feel. Jenn and Marron took my X-Rays and they were both so engaging. They really took the time to make me feel comfortable, while I was in quite a bit of pain . Once the X-Rays were ready, Terri Palveko, PA came in and took care of the rest. She is WONDERFUL! She really knows her stuff. She explained everything so thoroughly. She was able to tell things about my injury that really allowed me to have confidence in her treatment plan. I truly felt safe and heard. Special shout out to Drs. Walquist and Guilfoy. You have cultivated a really great team. They truly are a treasure. I know this sounds weird, but I like going to Folsom Orthopaedic Surgery! It's like visiting friends. I highly recommend them for any of your orthopaedic needs. Give them a call!

I'm sure if a billionaire wanted to be seen and was self pay they would have seen them. This office is unprofessional and the physician who I heard great reviews about must not be in this for the patients but for the money even though either way he would be paid the same through self pay or insurance. I cannot reccomend this physician.

He said I needed to do the dry eye drops they told me on my previous visit. However, no information was ever given to me about dry eye. Before I could say anything, he flew out of the room. I told his technician I wanted to see him again because I wanted to discuss my concerns. She left and told him and then returned to say he told her my problem probably was not related to dry eye and I needed consultation with another my general practitioner. This doctor does not take time with his patients to fully understand their concerns. He gives little to no information about his evaluation of your health. I left with many questions unanswered about the condition of my eyes. I wish I could give him zero stars.

Dr. Anderson himself and his team both are very kind and professional.  Needless to say, he is highly experienced and got ultra super surgical skills!!  I highly recommend Dr. Daniel Anderson at Folsom....

Dr Kauffman does the real ablative C02, so recovery is long, post care is a must and the payoff is…read moreso worth it. The quality of my skin dramatically improved. I had the C02 done in combination with other procedures, so I got a discount from his regular price of $4800 to $4560 in March 2025. I almost didn't do the procedure because I was already really close to the top of my budget for my other procedures but decided to go for it. The price included 2 post op facials to help with healing. Dr Kauffman certainly had one of the best bed side manners of any MD I've ever worked with. Friendly, patient, humorous. He does the procedures in his building located just off the prairie city exit off highway 50. When I awoke, my face felt like fire. It burned and I was miserable. It dissipated in about 2 hours and then zero pain at all. I did the vinegar soaks every 2 hours for about 5 days. It sounds weird, but I looked forward to them. It helped soothe the dry tight skin and clean up the aquaphor so I could reapply. The aquaphor helps protect the skin during healing but it slides around and got into my eyes occasionally (annoying but not painful) and the vinegar soaks helped keep things cleaned up. The skin was super delicate and peeled and peeled. I went back to work on day 10 and could not wear makeup because my texture was still a mess. My skin was also red still. I was able to start wearing tinted sunscreen at about 2 weeks. My face had red laser "track marks" for months. Then about 4 months after, the glow started. People started noticing and commenting. I noticed the quality of my skin transformed. It became smoother with rough patches gone, fine lines improved, sun spots gone, and my under eye hollows were gone. I'm now almost 16 months post and my skin still looks amazing. Strangers comment on my skin at least weekly and people ask me my secret. I'm so glad I splurged and that Dr Kauffman was aggressive with the laser. If you're going to get it done, I say go for it. I had to trust the process, because I'd read other women's journeys and no one talked about lasting redness and track marks but they probably didn't get ablative like Dr Kauffman . My inner voice was paranoid that my redness would never go away. But ultimately it disappeared and all that was left was gorgeous skin. Definitely recommend ablative C02. If you're going to do it, go for the real deal. Take the time off work and get the good 100% ablative C02, none of that fractional type or types where practitioners say "little downtime". The real deal has downtime and it was worth for me.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Kaufman. This was my second breast augmentation surgery…read more(previous surgery done elsewhere, five years ago). He did an implant exchange along with repair of muscle tearing that had caused my implants to shift, due to years of weight lifting. I came in feeling nervous and had a lot of concerns because of my past experience, but Dr. Kaufman immediately made me feel comfortable. He was honest, thorough, and gave me realistic expectations about what could be achieved. He took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel confident every step of the way. The results are absolutely beautiful, and I truly couldn't be happier. I'm so grateful for his skill, care, and attention to detail. Thank you so much, Dr. Kaufman! I finally feel comfortable and confident again. Highly recommend!
