Sierra Regency has a wonderful energetic and inclusive atmosphere. My aunt and uncle live there and are having a blast. making new friends plus they love the fact that they do not have to worry about bills like electricity and garbage, housekeeping etc it is all done for them. Not to mention the food! the food is excellent. I have eaten with my aunt and uncle a few times and never have been disappointed. The evening security is so congenial and handsome! they have an indoor pool and water classes. you almost never have to leave the building if you do not want to. all apartments have full kitchens as well as the dining in the dining room is included in the price of rent. One of the young men that does some marketing was working in the sundry shop and my uncle did not like the toothpaste brands that were offered, it is a small necessary shop, so the gentlemen behind the counter asked what kind he preferred and said he would bring it to him in a bit. the employee walked over to the store and bought the preferred kind and took it to the resident, what great service! so many activities are offered at the building and out too. what a nice place I highly recommend the Sierra Regency on Madden Lane Roseville CA read more

My mother was living at a senior residence and met several people who were leaving and moving to Sierra Regency, She visited and decided to move too. I visited her often and was impressed with the lively atmosphere, the happy, friendly residents, and the dining room menu! Still, at 67 years old I never thought I was ready for such a move... until I learned that I would need a hip replacement. We decided to take advantage of the hot real estate market and accelerate our plan to downsize by selling our home. The community is a perfect location for recovery and the month-to-month rent offers us perfect flexibility in the event we decide to buy again. My husband and I closed escrow and moved into our apartment at Sierra Regency almost a week ago. We love it! We've compared it to life on a cruise ship. This morning we resisted the mimosas but enjoyed a delicious Sunday brunch complete with a custom omelette bar, eggs Benedict, ham and tri tip on top of all the usual breakfast offerings. We love being able to eat when we want and, so far, anything we want. The full menu includes a daily special to keep us from ever getting bored with the meals along with a complimentary beer or glass of wine. After brunch I balanced the calories with a swim in the indoor heated pool and a ride on one of the stationary bikes. We received a list of the abundant activities offered this month and made note of the ones that interest me - backgammon, watercoloring, craft activities, Bible study and Friday happy hour with live music. With someone else doing the cooking and the weekly housekeeping service I have time to explore some of these activities if and when I want. I highly recommend Sierra Regency! read more

Sierra Regency is an amazing place! The senior living gem of the Sacramento Area. We had looked at almost 20 different facilities in the area and nothing compared. From the vaulted ceilings to the heated pool to the activities, food, staff, etc. this senior living facility has been great!. Shoot it even has music and a cocktail hour every Friday, a pool table and a putting green. 3 years ago we moved my grandmother in. All her independence without the bother of deep cleaning and cooking. Coming from an acre plus up in the hills by Yosemite this was a big jump but one that she was happy to do from the first time she walked through the front door. Looking good coming in was just one thing. Keeping up that same feel for three years is another. I'm in the facility quite a bit. The staff is always happy and the residents even happier. I'm so glad we chose this Sierra Regency. So glad that when my grandmother in law needed a place to move to this was the first and only choice. She loves it! I believe her favorite things are the heated pool exercising and the food. I think that has my mother in law excited too. She said that when it's her time Sierra Regency is where she wants to be. I've touched on a few but I just can't say enough good things about Sierra Regency. So often you only hear the complaints about places. I wanted to take minute to let everyone know that if you're looking for yourself or a loved one Sierra Regency should be the only or at least the first place you should take the time to see.
