She was unorganized, unprepared and rushed. Although we had discussed a deep cleaning prior to the cleaning date, she seemed unaware of the plan. We had to spend another 15 minutes discussing what she was willing to do again. She didn't come with all her supplies and didn't seem to want to do much of anything, so we eliminated several rooms and tasks, which in hindsight I was grateful for because the work was just ok. After 2 hours, she announced she was leaving early because she had personal things to take care of, which explained why she was rushing and looked at me funny when I listed out things I needed cleaned, but she would give us a discount for 2.5 hours of work. Hm. That's weird math but at this point I was done too. She charges by the hour and you have to point out every little thing that needs to be done, which isn't efficient when I needed a full house done. They aren't the best value either. She's a team of one for $60/hr. You can do the math. She mentioned she cleaned Airbnbs previously which made sense. Cleaning a short term rental where people stayed a couple days is really different than a house with 2 people and 2 big dogs who live there 24/7. They're more of a tidying up service than a cleaning service in my opinion.

Kip, the owner, is your guy if you want someone to shrug and say "you get what you paid for" after sending unprofessional workers he never supervised. Bonus round: one of their employees made a side deal with my neighbor, threw their trash into my yard, and never came back to finish the job. This is just a pissy Yelp review, not a formal BBB complaint, because I was leaving the state and Kip was quick to remind me they'd slap a lien on my house if I pushed back.
