He moved both our washer AND dryer to access the dryer vent. He explained everything that he was doing and proceeded to replace our dryer vent tubing as the 'off the shelf' tubing WAS too long and readily kinking. On-site video showed that our exhaust venting was in good shape. Everything put back in place and dryer worked well afterwards. Every problem was addressed quickly, usually within a day. The homes are very well cared for and maintained. They do allow pets, unlike many landlords, but there is a pet fee each month. We recently bought a home and the move out process was simple. It's only been a few weeks, so we haven't received our move out report, but it went well. Even when they raised our rent, it wasn't outrageous. Their prices are within the market value and not overpriced like many. You can pay online. The only downside is that if you pay on the 4th of the month, the late fee is very large.
