Our experience earns NO STARS! Our UHaul trailer was due back at 2:00 on a Saturday. We arrived at 1:45. A sign in the office window said they were closed until 2:15. So, waited for someone to return. There was no way to document that we had arrived with the trailer on time. As we waiting, another customer opened the gate to the storage yard where the trailer had been stored when we picked it up. We pulled through behind them, unhitched the trailer and thought we were being helpful. Then, we couldn't get back out, so we waited for that same car to return. Instead, a person who later identified himself as the general manager came through the gate saying they were closed and reprimanded us for trespassing. He used profanity, called my 72 year old husband a fat "f...k" and taunted him by saying "come on." After we left, we called customer service to file a complaint. Rochelle was first class. However, as we were talking to her, the general manager sent a complaint and "e-filed" against us prohibiting us from renting from UHaul in the future. He charged our Visa for 2 extra days stating the trailer was returned late! We are waiting for UHaul to conduct their investigation. We certainly will never deal with this location again and will wait to see how UHaul resolves our complaint before considering using their equipment again. In the meantime, we have disputed the charge with VISA. This general manager is the kind of guy that would be involved in a road rage incident. He has no common sense, should not be allowed to serve the public and the sheriff should investigate him for fraud. Avoid this location! read more

This is the worst place ever do not rent here they have accussed me of theif and i worked for them fixing there roll up door the general manager jessica needs to grow up and act like a real gm. There cameras dont work they wrongly accuse people then overlock my unit even though were paid up. My wife is the one who rented this so even though my name is on the access to the unit on the lease they will not let me into the unit only because they have started there eviction process will not let me in. They accussed and charged me 35 dollars 3 times in a row and blame the reason for this eviction was just that. We called the general manager to be let out the gate and because she never showed up our car was looked inside til morning because they lock all the gates with a padlock and theres a spike fence that is against ca. code so once your locked in you cant get out and if you aint got a cell phone your in there for the night. Things like a pop up tent were stolen for here and Rv batteries. They also changed the date of payment on there computer to show you didnt pay but yet you stil have access through the gate just not your unit.the GM TREATS there employees like there puppets. Whether right or wrong situtions and there property manager joe accused me of taken property that i never even touch. DO NOT RENT HERE. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE HEALTH DEPT. FOR BLACK MOLD IN THE WALLS OF THERE FACILITY AND STARTING MY LAWSUIT DONT FALL FOR THIS SHIT. read more

I have been a customer of this storage place for years. I have seen managers come and go. All I know is that the mangers that are running the place now, know what they are doing. I use to lock my storage up with a normal lock i picked up from OSH. I came in to make my payment and the manger told me that they are going to start enforcing the disc lock policy. I had know idea what he meant by disc lock. He told me that when thieves break into storage places that they target storage's that have the same lock that I've been using for years. He recommended that I purchase a disc lock from Home Depot or Lowe's. He even offered the ones they sell by Uhaul. I just bought there's and he asked me to open it right then to put a sticker on it. I asked him what that was for and he explained that when they check the storages its there way to find out if a thief replaced my lock with there's. He said that if he finds a lock without a sticker he calls there customer right away. Yes a few years back I rented a storage on Yosemite Parkway from Sierra storage and their employee Jessica was very confrontational to me you just didn't like me so I move my belongings out of there and move them to Sierra Storage North never had a problem there but now Jessica works there and they won't rent to me horrible horrible public relations I would stay away from them at all cost because if they don't like you you're screwed read more

The new ownership has taken a firm grasp on how a relationship with its customers should be. They have improved customer relations ten fold by raising the quality of the facility, offering inspiring discounts, and always being available at a moment's notice to assist the client. If you're looking for a good, relatively inexpensive storage place, this is it...I transferred from a previous storage place that kept increasing rent prices on a regular basis....the manager here, Barbara, is very helpful and professional while still talking with you like a neighbor....highly recommend! read more
