From start to finish, the entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free. AJ was the driller who came out to my property, and I was incredibly impressed with his expertise and knowledge. He quickly assessed the site, answered all of my questions, and found water much faster than I ever expected. It was obvious that he has years of experience and truly knows his craft. Watching him work gave me a great deal of confidence that the job was being done correctly. After the well was completed, Dan coordinated the installation of my submersible pump. He made the process easy to understand, communicated clearly, and ensured everything was set up properly. The pump installation crew was equally impressive--friendly, professional, hardworking, and respectful of the property. They arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently, and completed the installation with great attention to detail. One thing that really stood out throughout the entire project was the communication. Everyone at Black Mountain Drilling was responsive, helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way. In today's world, finding a company that shows up on time, does exactly what they promise, and provides excellent customer service is becoming rare, and Black Mountain Drilling exceeded my expectations in every regard. If you're looking for a company to drill a well, install a pump, or handle water system work, I would highly recommend Black Mountain Drilling. AJ, Dan, and the entire team were outstanding to work with, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you to everyone at Black Mountain Drilling for a job well done!

The very next…read moremorning, we contacted Ace at Water Heater Pros, and from that point on, the experience was exceptional. Ace arrived at our home within an hour of our call. We texted pictures and specifics of our prior water heater's failure which helped him have our old water heater removed and a higher-quality Rheem water heater installed in about 40 minutes. It was incredible to watch how efficiently and professionally he worked. We were amazed to have hot water restored so quickly. What impressed us even more was that Water Heater Pros' pricing was right in line with--or even less than--several competitors we contacted. The difference was that those companies couldn't schedule a replacement for anywhere from two days to nearly a week, while Ace had us back up and running the same morning. Ace was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He also discussed our home's high water pressure and made recommendations to help protect the new water heater and extend its lifespan. It was clear that he genuinely cares about doing the job right, not just getting in and out as quickly as possible. The installation was neat, clean, and professionally done, and the entire work area was spotless when he finished. If you're looking for a company that offers fair pricing, exceptional service, rapid response, and quality workmanship, I can't recommend Ace and Water Heater Pros highly enough. They turned what could have been a stressful, days-long inconvenience into one of the smoothest home repair experiences we've ever had. Five stars all the way. Thank you, Ace!

I would seriously think twice before hiring BullsEye Heating & Plumbing…read more Let's start with the biggest issue: they performed work at my house without pulling the required permit. I only found that out afterward. I was originally given an estimate of around $1,200 to install my water softener system. By the time they left, they were trying to charge me around $3,000--and the system wasn't even finished. I still have the bags of salt sitting in my garage while the water softener equipment is downstairs because they never actually finished getting the system set up and operational. The installer also showed up apparently unprepared for the job. They had to use my dolly to move the equipment. He was complaining that the company should have sent another person because the equipment was so heavy and needed to be hauled downstairs. Instead, I ended up helping with something I was paying a professional plumbing company thousands of dollars to handle. Then when I questioned why the bill was so much higher than the estimate, everything went downhill. Rather than simply explaining the charges and working with me to finish the job, they became extremely rude on the phone and did not want to come back and correct or complete the work. And honestly, I probably should have known what kind of experience I was in for when the technician had trouble just backing the company van out of my property. At the time I laughed it off because plenty of people can't drive. Looking back, it was just the beginning. So my experience was: approximately $1,200 estimate, approximately $3,000 bill, unfinished system, no permit pulled, my equipment used to perform their work, me helping move their equipment, and then an attitude when I questioned the bill. I hired a professional plumbing company because I expected the job to be handled professionally from beginning to end. That absolutely was not my experience with BullsEye Heating & Plumbing.

I'm updating my review as the water system that The Water Spot installed in my home has caused…read morethree leaks in ten months, two of which have occurred in the last month causing over $4,000 in damage. The issues that we have with this company fall into two broad categories. 1. Inadequate installation. The company installed our system in a service room in the basement, attaching a draining line to a drainage system in the floor. However, the line was not secured properly and had broken free three times, causing leaks. 2. Poor customer service. I've attempted to call this company three times to discuss our issue. I've left three messages over a week and have not received a callback. After reading another review on google, I am not alone in noticing the poor customer service with this company. Unfortunately, if I don't receive a call back, I will take my concerns to the Better Business Bureau. Shortly after installation, we wrote a very positive review of this company. We felt comfortable doing this because the installation was quick, the price seemed fair, and the water in our home improved dramatically. Now, after three leaks and significant financial expenditure, the first two positive aspects no longer apply -- poor installation lead to leaks and any money we saved will now be spent on repairs. Lastly, the company offers discounts for very positive review. Since we were happy with the initial service, we didn't have a problem writing a positive review. However, this should call into question any positive review of the company. Steer clear of this company. Go with a bigger, more reputable company that will address issues and actually call customers back.

We were initially pleased with his presentation, installation and his follow ups. In November 2019 l awoke to a strange noise coming from the unit. I went to explore the sound and I found the unit spewing a large amount of water onto the floor. I have tried to contact him numerous times, leaving messages and have yet to have him respond. Very frustrating!!! I was forced to hire another company who informed me that they were very familiar with Ben and relayed some very shocking information about his practices. In addition the new contractor was very quick to point out several installation errors that was made. I conducted research before hand an according to the Better Business Bureau his has an A+ rating. According to the Colorado Secretary of State, the business (The Water Spot LLC) status is "Delinquent."
