The Yelp reviews are spot on. Amazing customer service: Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and did what was needed to be done. Setup was easy. Delivery was perfect. I asked if they would phone to let me know when they would be delivering and I got a call about 20 minutes before delivery. Water is great. I would recommend adding back minerals. Pro tip: Get the family plan as it will save you $$$

Cooler and water!

Ask the Community - Rocky Mountain Bottled Water

Have all the essential/beneficial minerals been removed from this water?

No, all of the minerals and PH levels healthy for fresh water are still present. If you want pure H2O only without any trace minerals salts, we do offer deionized water by the case. Our normal water is simply as fresh as human drinking water should…

We were having huge issues with Deep Rock not delivering and not picking up our empty bottles, so, we decided to shop around.

It's a little strange to leave a review for the only water utility available, but I had an…read moreexperience today that I think is worth sharing. I mistakenly believed I was enrolled in autopay when I wasn't. That's on me, and I take responsibility for missing the payments. What surprised me was the notification process. I received a single piece of mail indicating that my account was past due, but I didn't receive any email notifications or other alerts warning me that service interruption was imminent. Since I genuinely thought my payments were being handled automatically, I had no reason to suspect there was an issue. When I called to have my water restored, I suggested that Denver Water consider adding clearer alerts, such as email notifications or a more prominent warning on customer accounts. My intention was simply to provide feedback that might help prevent similar situations for others. Instead, I felt like the conversation quickly shifted to being reprimanded for the missed payments. To be clear, I understand that I was responsible for paying the bill. My concern is that the communication process could be improved. In a world where we're constantly warned about scams and fraudulent notices, a single piece of mail can be easy to overlook or question. Additional notifications would make it much more likely that customers are aware of an issue before their water service is shut off. I hope Denver Water considers strengthening its customer alert system. It would likely save both customers and customer service representatives a lot of frustration.

Came out the next day on Nov 7 and it was all fixed in about 6 hours- after having to get folks to move cars, tear up asphalt in two places, dig deeply, patch asphalt, etc. Lots of heavy equipment and many workers. It was a ton of backbreaking work. DW impressively got the job done. Thank you!

Others have quoted over the phone $250-$450 (but they can't get to it until late next week at the earliest). The water heater itself would be $1500 to replace! There is no way this job was even 1/3 of $1400! He also said he DOES NOT do diagnostic for free; and that is $365 (later put in his estimate $233). So, Plumbline mis-represented that as well -- since I literally have it documented from their rep via text that they will do the diagnostic for free. All of that is highway robbery. They also wasted our workday by coming out 4 hours later than the END of the originally scheduled window of time (they did call to say they are running late). We should bill THEM for that time staying home ALL day on a workday -- instead of the planned half day. WE DO NOT recommend these guys. Seems like they are just another company that hopes folks accept an outrageous estimate because they are already in your home after accepting a $49 or Free estimate. We went with one of the quotes that are WAY LOWER and waited until they were available. Fixed for $250 TOTAL!
