In the beginning of June, I used the Request a Quote feature on Yelp to get our home irrigation system all set up. This is our first summer in the new house, and naturally repairs were necessary for the sprinkler system. Teague was responsive, professional, and very easy to work with. Though I had to shell out some $$ for parts, he was very transparent about what was needed and ended up giving me a slight discount on his labor and time. He turned on the water supply in the crawl space, installed new parts in the front of my house, set up the timers on the sprinkler system, and even installed a few new parts to make sure all zones of my front and backyards were being watered properly. Our grass was looking Rough with a capital R when he visited. And now our yard is thriving in the heat of summer. Thank you Teague for all your hard work and expertise!

I mistakenly believed I was enrolled in autopay when I wasn't. That's on me, and I take responsibility for missing the payments. What surprised me was the notification process. I received a single piece of mail indicating that my account was past due, but I didn't receive any email notifications or other alerts warning me that service interruption was imminent. Since I genuinely thought my payments were being handled automatically, I had no reason to suspect there was an issue. When I called to have my water restored, I suggested that Denver Water consider adding clearer alerts, such as email notifications or a more prominent warning on customer accounts. My intention was simply to provide feedback that might help prevent similar situations for others. Instead, I felt like the conversation quickly shifted to being reprimanded for the missed payments. To be clear, I understand that I was responsible for paying the bill. My concern is that the communication process could be improved. In a world where we're constantly warned about scams and fraudulent notices, a single piece of mail can be easy to overlook or question. Additional notifications would make it much more likely that customers are aware of an issue before their water service is shut off. I hope Denver Water considers strengthening its customer alert system. It would likely save both customers and customer service representatives a lot of frustration.

There is no way this job was even 1/3 of $1400! He also said he DOES NOT do diagnostic for free; and that is $365 (later put in his estimate $233). So, Plumbline mis-represented that as well -- since I literally have it documented from their rep via text that they will do the diagnostic for free. All of that is highway robbery. They also wasted our workday by coming out 4 hours later than the END of the originally scheduled window of time (they did call to say they are running late). We should bill THEM for that time staying home ALL day on a workday -- instead of the planned half day. WE DO NOT recommend these guys. Seems like they are just another company that hopes folks accept an outrageous estimate because they are already in your home after accepting a $49 or Free estimate. We went with one of the quotes that are WAY LOWER and waited until they were available. Fixed for $250 TOTAL!

There was brown liquid spilled on the cabinets and floors, paint spilled on the floors, stairs & countertops, outlet covers missing (still not found), painter's tape still stuck to the walls & baseboards, and sunflower seeds littered across EVERY single floor in the house (including the in the carpet and the bathtub). I am shocked at the way the house was left and how sloppy this was. This was not the condition that it was supposed to be left in. I had a showing the next morning so had to spend over 3 hours cleaning it. I contacted the manager about it and received a $275 discount. They did offer to come back over and "take care of these items" but I had no time to let them come back so I had to take care of it myself. For how much I paid to for this to be done I expected way more from this company. I will not be using this company again.

If I could give a zero star I would. I would not recommend Rocky Mountain Bottled Water based on my experience. During a delivery, one of their employees damaged our property. Without our approval or being notified of the remedy, they attempted to repair the damage themselves, but the repair actually made the damage worse than it was originally. Despite causing the damage and making it worse, the company never returned to properly repair or restore our property. Rather than taking responsibility and working toward a reasonable resolution, I was met with unprofessional communication. Our account was terminated on the spot instead of the company addressing the concerns we had raised. After our service was cancelled, I waited nearly a month for information regarding our unused water and bottle deposits. When I finally contacted the company, I received a two-sentence email stating that we had not been billed for the final month, so no refund was due, and that our bottle deposits were not reflected as a credit on our account. No final statement, itemized account, or supporting documentation was provided--only their assertion that nothing was owed. As a customer, I expected transparency, accountability, and documentation showing how the final balance was calculated. Instead, I was left without answers and without any effort to make things right after they damaged our property. This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've had. I cannot recommend doing business with a company that damages customer property, fails to correct it, provides little to no documentation regarding account balances, and responds to customer concerns by terminating the relationship rather than resolving the issues. read more

Rocky Mountain Bottled Water are the best of the best. Of course, we know what makes a great company - its their people. Adam has been our rep and delivers our water for the past few years. He is top notch in our book - he represents RMBW excellently. He is so professional, yet so so friendly and kind to everyone here. Adam even delivered our water to us when the elevators were down. We are on the 3rd floor - I know he made a few trips up and down the stairs that day....the awesome thing is we DID NOT ask him to do that. I have been super pleased with Rocky Mountain water!! My deliveries are always on time, bottles never leak and arrive in good condition!! The unit I rent from them also works great, having hot water on tap like that makes hot coffee and tea a breeze and having instant ice water really helps when the ice runs out or to cut down on using so many bottled waters!!! The water itself taste amazing in my opinion, sometimes I think the bottles can make the water taste weird but I have never had any trouble like that with RMW!!! The staff at Rocky Mountain are also top notch, very polite and understanding (I accidentally forgot to leave my bottles out)!! And the price every month is also one of the lowest I have seen!! Recommended this company to SO many people. Their water is as good as it gets! Definitely the most patient and friendly customer service I have dealt with, and trust me I have dealt with plenty. I have had their water at two places I have worked at, and I have recommended them to many people who have all been very satisfied. DEEP ROCK IS WAY WORSE, especially since actual people answer RMBW's phone when you call- if you are thinking about switching, do it. Customer service means so much, and RMBW has some of the best. I honestly cannot say anything bad about this company, except for perhaps the fact that they are not yet big enough to deliver in Utah meaning I cannot recommend them to a few companies that I have worked with out there. read more

Their customer service is fantastic - when we have experienced issues with our cooler leaking or one time, when we moved our water was delivered to the wrong apartment, I contacted their office and it was fixed the same day. During this Covid-19 pandemic they have been very transparent and communicated their enhanced safety measures. Their delivery drivers wear both gloves and masks when delivering water and there have been no disruptions to service. I just couldn't handle Denver tap water anymore! I moved to Colorado last summer, and immediately knew I needed to upgrade my drinking water. After researching a bit online and reading the reviews for RMBW, I decided to give them a shot. I signed up online and a received a call the same day from a super friendly staff member. They came out and got me set up the very next day, and I've been using them ever since! Cannot recommend them enough. I haven't had any issues at all, but they seem like the type of company that would make right any mistakes unlike the big corporations like Nestle and Deep Rock. We were using the competitor at first, but after coming to work on a Monday to find our front office soaked in water from the water cooler, this happened twice, and the competitor didn't feel that it was an emergency, so our techs were out of water for those two weeks in 100 temps in our garage. We immediately reached out to Rocky Mountain Bottled Water and they were here the next day, everything to them was a priority. Also our service would not be as it is, if not for our delivery driver, he calls ahead to see how we are doing and if we require anything else before he arrives. I have never been disappointed at the service from Rocky Mountain Bottled Water. I have a residential account and used to go through 2-4 five gallon bottles per month. They were always there on their day of service. Now that I'm retired and my children are grown, I have less a demand for water but I still get mine through Rocky Mountain Bottled Water! Love RMBW! Their customer service is friendly and helpful. They have always been able to answer questions and explain my service needs. I had an issue with one of the 3 gallon bottles and the crock. The delivery guy checked out the crock (no issues with it, but replaced it anyway). The plastic bottle had been cracked due to the extremely cold weather, and replaced it immediately. We have had RMBW for about 10 months now. We love the taste and the convenience. My kids drink more water than they ever have. Other than 1 incident when I never heard back about billing situation, RMBW has been easy to communicate with and accommodating. I love that I get a reminder before a delivery. I immediately put an alarm on my phone and also text my son, so that one of us remembers to put the empty jugs out. I hadn't had a delivery from Deep Rock in 3 months because of their merger with Primo Water. After several cancelled deliveries (on their part) I called RMBW and they had equipment out to our office the next day and we were up and running. They were wonderful to deal with, the price is 1/2 of what Deep Rock was and way better customer service. We get an email every month to remind us of our delivery day and time which is very helpful. We had an RO unit installed in our kitchen some months ago by Water Pros Water Purification. The…read moredischarge hose was not inserted into the drain correctly and it came out and began emitting water into the cupboard under our kitchen sink. Since the leak was so slow, we did not notice it until we went downstairs and saw the huge water bubble in the basement ceiling. The carpet was soaked. All in all, we had a repair bill of just under $2,600. I called Paul at Water Pros the day we discovered the damage and he told me that he "would take care of me." He suggested I call my insurance company to start the claim. I did that and was told that since the damage was less than my homeowners deductible, that it would be up to the installers insurance company to cover it. The Hartford Insurance company carried Water Pros insurance policy. I sent and explanation of what had happened with the pictures I had and was told that since I did not prove that the damage was due to their insured policyholder (Water Pro's), they would not cover the claim. Not worried, I again called Paul at Water Pro's. Now he was changing his tune. No longer was it "I will take care of you," but now it was suggesting that it was not his installer's fault that the damage had happened. I told him that any other cause was ridiculous. Was he suggesting that I or someone else pulled the waste water line out of the drain myself? Ultimately, he said it was impossible for the waste water line to come out of the drain. Funny that, since it was sticking nearly straight up out of the drain when I found it. On the day I found the leaking line, I immediately turned off the water and proceeded to anchor the line to the underside of the kitchen counter before curving it back down into the drain. This is the 3rd system in 3 different homes in 25 years and it is the easiest to maintain and is providing excellent quality water. The old water tank was removed and all debris was cleaned up. I had a small plumbing leak prior to the installation. Although Waterworks was not responsible for it, the installer spent time and mileage obtaining parts to fix the problem. Waterworks is great!
