Fantastic customer service and responsiveness, which is more difficult to find these days. I called on a Thursday afternoon and everything was delivered the next day. I priced this out against Costco who partners with a third party. While I love Costco and use them for a ton, I felt that a locally owned vendor like RMBW was the best option for this service. The water is crisp, tastes great, and everyone is drinking more water than they were before! We're even using it for our humidifiers, so I don't need to haul distilled water in gallon jugs from the grocery store anymore. We've been a customer of Rky Mtn Bottled Water for years, and they have always had the best service with the best pricing. I live in an apartment at the top of 21 stairs, and receive five 5-gal bottles per delivery. I can see the delivery guys out of my window, and not once have they looked put out at having to carry those heavy bottles up the stairs, which is why I surprise them with a tip every once in a while, especially when it is hot out or there is snow on the ground. My first delivery went well, my second delivery they never showed up called them they said they couldn't find the address, so they sent someone out the following day that's great. Third delivery again nobody showed up. They said they would send someone out on Monday again nobody showed up. Called them up Monday they said I got switched to Tuesday never told me anything. So I just told them to cancel my service and loan behold they showed up first thing in the morning to pick up bottles, but they can't even deliver full bottles to my address but are sure fast to come get the empty bottles. Apparently if their delivery driver can't find the address they just skip you, instead of calling you and trying to figure it out it's horrible customer service. read more

Just signed up for a 30-day trial last week for a delivery of the unit today. The driver was supposed to call in the morning to give me a delivery window but didn't, though what's more frustrating is that the unit doesn't dispense water. I called and was told they couldn't deliver a replacement today, so I could be sent one tomorrow (won't be home so it has to be Thursday). People are really nice but so far not very competent or accommodating, and the driver was obviously not trained very well - we have lead in our water so need this to mix formula for our baby. Guess I'll have to go out and buy bottled water... Update: I called back to see if there was any way to squeeze me in and was told they'd try. The same delivery guy came back and explained some things to my mom (I wasn't home) that he should have told me when he first came. So the unit is working and nothing would have been wrong if he had remembered everything for a first time install. read more

We have tried everything to get decent tasting water including a filtration system under the sink, Brita and other water services and nothing comes close in terms of taste, convenience and pricing. The instant hot water feature is so convenient and the hot water is the perfect temperature (instant oatmeal, tea, etc. a breeze and hot water is so much better that what I was getting from the "insta-hot" system installed in my kitchen).
