Communication was fantastic before, during and after (including the option to text which is fantastic) Having the cart dropped off and picked up is also incredibly convenient. I have rented from Siesta Key Island carts for the past couple of years, and I can't recommend them enough. Their carts are new, well maintained, have Bluetooth speakers and lights. They deliver and pick up to your door with excellent communication along the way. I have rented from other locations on the island and I will continue to be a return customer at Siesta Key Island Carts... They are the best. read more

The entire experience was amazing! My family of five and I are grateful. We called multiple places prior and thankfully only got a hold of Parker at Siesta Key Island Carts. He was incredibly kind and accommodating, the carts are in pristine condition and very well maintained, he gave us a thorough rundown of what we could and could not do on the carts and on the island. He thankfully urged us to move our car seat to the cart for our younger son so we could avoid any violations or fines (and of course keep our son safe). The Bluetooth speaker was incredible quality and so much fun while driving around town. We had enough storage for a beach bag, towels, and a mini soft sided cooler. There are cup holders in the front and back. Communication from Parker was top notch. The prices are incredibly fair and reasonable. We highly recommended this company to anyone we came across on the island and highly recommend them to you! This is the one to go with and this island is fun to explore so you'll have a great area to visit. We will be back! read more

Both the gentleman who answers the phone and Mark, whom delivered the cart are amazingly nice and courteous. The cart, which seated six drove great AND had a Bluetooth speaker for no extra charge. The delivery and pickup was seamless and, again, part of the price, which, by the way, for a 24 hour timeframe was extremely reasonable. The only reason for the 4 stars is that there are a few spots where the carts are NOT street legal, and, unfortunately, we were at Ying in one of those spots. This said, we did get all the way to town and really enjoyed the use of the cart- had we been caught by a cop who gave us a ticket, the officer who pulled us over, just gave us a warning, the ticket would've been $200. If, and when we come to siesta key again, and if we do not stay in the same place, and we are closer to town where it is fully legal, there is no doubt that I will re-rent from these gentlemen again read more

Delivery service was fantastic - 6 pax golf cart was everything we needed for our trip. We parked our cars and never touched them until we were leaving to go home. We are headed back in July and can't wait to rent from Siesta Key Island carts again. read more
