When in Siesta Key, a golf cart is a must.. for our family of 10, we had 2 6 seater carts. Talk about an easy convenient way to buzz around and explore the restaurants, shops, and beaches! The Toy Barn helped make our families trip to Siesta Key over the top great. We opted for a six person street legal golf cart in lieu of a rental car for our stay, and couldn't have been happier with that decision. It made our stay feel much more like a vacation hopping in the golf cart to get around the village. We also rented a paddle board, kayak, beach chairs, umbrellas, and fishing poles. We couldn't have been more impressed with Travis and the rest of the employees level of service. The golf carts and all of the equipment we rented for the week were in excellent condition and well maintained. When we vacation in Siesta Key next time we will definitely be using Toy Barn's rental services again! read more

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The people are rude and the cost is at least 50 percent more than any other place to rent carts. I would walk before I would use them again. read more

The Toy Barn of Florida's rental custom golf cart was a total highlight of our trip in Siesta Key. We rented a super awesome cart (#4) from Travis. The Toy Barn is the place for a Awesome Golf Cart if your into style, comfort and most of all reliability. We didn't realize how far in advance golf carts need to be rented on Anna Maria. On top of that we were going for the 4th of July which seems to be one of the busiest weeks of the year. I called Travis last minute and he called me back immediately and had worked something out for us to be able to rent 2 carts. He even went above and beyond and arranged it so we could pick them up earlier in the day to be able have them to full day on our first day of renting. He was so nice and accommodating and even checked in to make sure everything was going okay. This was drastically different from other companies we have used in the past. His carts are by far the nicest on the island, no others even come close. They drive super smooth and look very nice and new. We will never rent from anyone else on our future trips to Anna Maria. Overall the entire experience from start to finish was great in every aspect and I highly recommend them to anyone traveling to AMI...Thanks Travis! read more

Renting from the Toy Barn just added to our wonderful vacation in Siesta Key. We rented two golf carts, a four person and six person street legal golf cart to get around the village during our week stay. We had a party of 9 and it was so nice to hop in the golf carts to get around the crowded downtown area or head to the beach. We cannot say enough about the customer service received by Travis and his staff. Prior to arrival, he explained all the costs over the phone. He always kept us updated about when the carts would be delivered, how to charge them and maintain them during our stay. We definitely will be renting from the Toy Barn again during our next trip to Siesta Key. read more

Trust me save yourself some hardship and go rent out somewhere else. My experience here was horrible and hella annoying. First off I came to Sarasota, FL for a day and as time was the essence I wanted to get a moped quickly and go cruise around and when I got to Florida Fun Rides the owner (Jeff) literally took like 2 hours until I finally got my scooter like it was ridiculous. Also as I was riding the scooter I needed a quick fill up and you have to use the key and unlock the gas cap to be able to fill it up, and literally no joke when I twisted it to unlock it literally just fell apart. Not even exaggerating it just broke into pieces and I simply just unlocked the gas cap lol. When I brought the scooter back I explained this to the owner (Jeff) and he right away didn't even wanna listen to me or hear me out he was just telling me how I'll have to pay for it and he did eventually charge me too. But it's like why do I have to deal with the consequences when I'm given a scooter that doesn't function at 100%. This was the most HORRIBLE rental experience I've ever had and highly do NOT recommend this place, this place has the worst costumer service and worst owner ever. Do not mess up your experience by coming to this place, there are plenty of better moped rental places that I'm sure are wayyyyyyy better than this place. Enjoy this and I hope you don't make the same mistake as me !

Our tour guides were Chad and Joey who made for a great ride out into the ocean. Good information was shared along the way and when dolphins were located on the tour Chad was excellent at pointing them out along the way. A bald eagle nest was also seen complete with a bald eagle perched overlooking the ocean. The sunset was absolutely gorgeous and the tour was just the right amount of time to be out on the water to enjoy the boat ride. We don't drink so purchased the tickets without the alcohol included but then were welcome to bring on our own drinks and snacks for the ride. The playlist of music out on the sunset tour was top notch and apparently dolphins have a good affection for Elton John's "Tiny Dancer" as when that song came on the dolphins came out in force. Highly recommend Siesta Key Watersports!

March 2019 I cannot say enough good things about Travis and The Toy Barn! We rented the 6 person golf cart, 2 sport scooters, 6 beach towels and a beach blanket. The golf cart was quiet and perfect for our stay. The scooters were the highlight of our boy's week! Travis was an excellent communicator with lots of follow up on both email and texts. We rented one of Travis's golf carts and happily, it was not your typical golf cart! This one, Cart #1, looked cool, was in great shape and was very quick and fun to drive.
