Jeff was great to work with. He had my cart waiting at the resort for me prior to my arrival, paperwork was easy and he picked it up right at the resort. Golf cart was as expected, no issues. One note...I actually used a full tank of fuel while on the island (which I heard can't be done, LOL)...I filled the tank with premium fuel and the cart seemed to respond better. Service after purchasing this golf cart was very poor. No return calls after leaving many messages. I learned that you need to physically go into the office to get any type of service. Management seemed reluctant to provide any type of service during the warrenty period and when they did it was long waiting periods. My neighbor also experienced the same treatment and went to another authorized dealer in Sarasota. read more

I can't express enough...what an awesome experience with Beach N Rides this week! We broke down with our personal golf cart, I called and Terry answered the phone. Cart that was delivered had not been cleaned. It had a lot of sand in it and it only had a 40% charge when it was left. We only used it a couple of times and then we discovered that the tag was expired. Was not really a pleasant experience. We found the cart very hard to drive. read more

What a great experience! We were staying next door at Buttonwood RV Inlet so the rental was very easy and convenient. We had the cart from Thursday afternoon to Sunday morning! I brought my bicycle here to fix a flat tire and the two guys working today were welcoming and down-to-earth. I'm appreciative when I come across a business who treats their customers like people instead of just another transaction. I highly recommend this business. One guy (Terry) was friendly, meeting me outside to help me get my bike inside the shop. The guy who did the repair (I didn't get his name) was really nice - understanding about the reason I popped my tire instead of judging. I'm only a recreational biker & have never had a flat before so I don't know how much it costs for a new inner tube - today was ~$22 and that seemed fair to me.
