First trip to this shop based off of solid reviews and word of mouth, I had high hopes for this place. Sadly I couldn't even really give it a chance after waiting 15mins watching the gentlemen behind the counter help out two people who walked in after me first. Let me explain... Came in and already had an idea of the item I wanted to purchase and the ballpark price it was going to be. Simply put I would of been in and out within a few minutes had I'd been helped right away. As I walked in there was one guy working who was helping out a lady, on no big deal I'll just stand by the case and wait. After 5 minutes of them not even talking about anything related to the store a couple of younger looking guys came in. The lady left and the worker helped out these guys. Ok whatever I'll wait a few minutes. Once again the guy behind the counter seemed more interested in something off topic than the actual sale. I purchased seeds from them. Was supposed to get 15 but was shorted 4. The packages were sealed, so clearly whoever packaged them cheated me. And only 2/3 germinated, despite their 100% guarantee. They are operating in a grey area of the law, so not sure there is much anyone can do. But i can tell my story on Yelp. I would give it 5 stars but it always looks like the cleaning service cancelled their appointment, lol. You can find incense in any scent you want here. Chocolate Brownies? Lavender, Um, Blood? It's all here, and the stick incense burns forever. The glass selection is good and it's varied. They have everything from small glasswork to more intricate art pieces. I was going to be in the area so I called this place twice to see if they had an item I need. Nobody ever picked up, so I decided to just go give it a shot. Boy was I disappointed as soon as I walked in. Not only was I not greeted but I had to wait about 15 mins for somebody to finally come help. This is when the fun started. I was finally approached by a little old man who asked me if I "needed something". I asked to see a specific item and the price tag was outrageous! About 3 times more than stores that are located downtown! When I asked if they can do better on the price, I was asked if I was going to use cash or credit. I replied credit and he says "You are trying to wheel and deal using plastic? Your parents must not have taught you better!" Are you kidding me? I will never return to this place again.
