The selection was good with many different well known companies and different models of each manufacturer. The sale prices were comparable to other stores offering the same machines. I asked the clerk if there were any fresh cartridges in the back and he said 'No'. I told him that I wasn't going to pay full price for an expired cartridge but would take a chance on it if he would discount it. He said that he would not and added that my problem was with the manufacturer not with Staples. I pointed out to him that Staples was the store selling expired product and I left. Complaint against the Staples Head Office resulted in platitudes but no offer of any kind. I ordered the cartridge from Amazon and it arrived the next day. So long Staples!
