This company markets on the internet under the website www.yardsignwholesale.com, which is incredibly misleading, because their prices are the highest I've seen anywhere. They should really be marketing under the name of: www.overpricedyardsigns.com, because that's what they are. I gave them a PDF proof for 50, 48" x 48", double sided, one color signs. Less than 2 years ago, I paid just under $700 for these same signs, at a local shop in Arizona. Sign Depot's price, despite advertising as a wholesaler, was $3,550, plus $295 for shipping. When I called to ask why their quote was $2,650, or 5 times higher than my local shop, the receptionist told me that she had no idea. When I asked to speak to the person who prepared my quote, the receptionist accused me of harassment. Not to mention they never answer the phone..Wow, I would recommend removing the statement from the website, if your not going to honor it. I have ordered from this company several times for our yearly teen summer nail camp, This year was the worst, I'm just really sorry to say that but just want you to be mindful when ordering signs. The first thing is the price went up for the same exact signs $100 more, but we got less than what we previously paid for. We did get the same quantity however the signs are much much smaller you can barely see them once you put them out, and the stands are Extremely short, I am 52 and they barely come up to my knee, so on the street it will be hard to see them. Got my quote, and my proofs together (which I made, not the company) and then proceeded to pay my bill. 1.5 months later I have still heard nothing from this company after reaching out to them multiple times. I tried reaching them on the phone and the line was busy, or no one answered. I did finally recieve an email back with some proofs of mine, the company had retooled, and sent back. I have a small Foundation for Love and Kindness. Sign Depot makes our Plant Kindness - Grow Love Yard Signs which we give away for free. There was a spelling error on the last order that I didn't catch when I approved the proof...and I didn't notice it when I got the signs either. A person who ordered them noticed! When I contacted Sign Depot and explained the situation and about The Love and Kindness Project Foundation, they kindly offered to reprint the signs and ship them to me at no charge! Just like I do for the Foundation! Even though they didn't have to! I've used Sign Depot for many years and never had an error before. I found Sign Depot on-line while searching for a company to have some yard signs made. I sent in a request and got a proof with my personal logo within an hour. There was one change that I requested which was adjusted within a few minutes. I placed the order that evening and they shipped my order the next day. The signs were delivered and look great. It's not often to find such quick service and great quality at one of the best prices that I could find. I ordered simple signs for my company in January of 2012. While I was a little frustrated with the fragmented, complicated proof approval process, I took a gamble and figured all was well when my proof looked to be good. When we received the signs the next week, I was very shocked to open the box. 1)Nearly all of the signs were damaged because Sign Depot "cheaped" out and didn't place any packing materials with the sign, leaving it exposed to the rigors of shipping across the country. 2)The green background was not even close to the proof that I submitted. I assume that Sign Depot just picked through their inventory and said "Hey, that's close enough, we'll use this one!" So, now I am left with a giant box of damaged, incorrectly colored signs. I called Sign Depot to settle this. They didn't bother to help me at all, and just cavalierly instructed to send back the signs for a refund. So I am supposed to pay $50+ in shipping charges because of THEIR mistake? I don't think so. These guys have their whole business model backwards. They don't take customer service or product production seriously. From my experience, do not use them. read more

Ordered 100 signs WITH 100 stakes...simple enough, right? Not so much...apparently. They said they shipped the signs and stakes in 2 separate boxes. The signs arrived late for no good reason and no apology, and the stakes never arrived. After calling and speaking to Evonne (one of the owners?--Tim is the other), she indicated that UPS must have "lost" the box of stakes. After calling UPS with the "tracking number," we found out that the 2nd box (stakes) was NEVER shipped--a tracking number and label was generated, but never slapped on a box of stakes and shipped. Instead of admitting their mistake and stating that the box was never shipped and re-sending, Evonne LIED and said they shipped them and UPS lost them--not cool! They agreed (as they should) to re-send the stakes, but did not offer to overnight them or help with getting them ASAP. Evonne said it would take ANOTHER 7-10 days to get them. When we stated that the time frame was unacceptable, Evonne told us to accept a refund of $40 for the mishap. After voicing our displeasure with the service, Evonne increased the refund to %60, then to $80. We got the refund and will now have to spend $100 on stakes from another vendor--a discouraging $20 extra for this "exercise." We asked for Evonne's last name so we could formally voice our concern with the service...to which Evonne responded with, "That's none of your business." Defective Product, bad customer service. We purchased over 100 signs and stakes from them that cost $640 dollars. After only 4 days half of the stakes were broken. They are simply too cheaply made to last. We have ordered from Signs on the Cheap 3 years ago and the stakes are still in good shape. Also the stakes tend to cut the signs when you put them in. There were others things wrong as well and when we called customer service to see about a refund or exchange the person that answers was extremely rude and arrogant. He even accused me a changing my story because he wasn't listening closely. Then he says the signs are only good for one or two uses! They offered a 20% refund but that is nothing on such a large order. I should have read the other reviews about the company before I purchased. It seems others have had issues with the signs and the customer service agents response seems to be "get lost". Very dissapointed Basically if you want to spend a lot of money on junky signs that won't last. This place is great!!! read more

I ordered signs Feb 2016. I specifically told the rep during our email correspondence that I definitely wanted them printed on both sides, he re-quoted them and the price increased. Later I changed the design and a different color font, the price went up again as expected. However, at this point the rep changed the order to two colors of font printed on only 1 side. I didn't catch the mistake on the final approval and the signs were ordered. I can own this mistake since ultimately I gave the approval to have the signs printed. However many of the signs arrived with damage, and evidence of poor workmanship. 31 out of the 100 signs I received were in some way damaged. Many had black paint on them which looked like large spots of bird crap. As a business owner I always make sure my customers are 100% happy with both the quality of my work and my customer service. The customer service I received from this company while trying to get them to replace my damaged signs was abhorrent. The manager that called me to discuss the details of my shipment was rude, accusative, and had a totally counter-productive attitude. He ended the call by telling me if I didn't like what he was offering to dispute the matter with my credit card company. Which is exactly what I did. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
