Multiple emails completely ignored. Solutions offered, and then retracted. Still haven't gotten any straight answers or solutions. Plus there is absolutely zero urgency to make things right. Nowhere on their website does it say there is a $49 minimum OR that there is a fee for a cancelled order. They did not communicate that to me at any point, but they should probably work on having complete information on their website and in their correspondences with customers.
