I haven't had a ton of projects printed here, but there have been multiple times now that I've received the wrong quantity of prints. A careful review of printing specs would be much appreciated. Also, you are charged $30 for a printed proof, which can get pricey if you are doing a small project with multiple rounds of revisions, but I stress that seeing a printed proof is important! I reviewed a two sided card at Bryant and decided to make some changes on the front; when I picked up the final, all of the images on the back were completely blown out. I was told that's what it looked like on the first proof but when I went home to review, the images were perfect on the first proof. Hopefully I will have better luck in the future.

I mostly use them for printing photos for galleries and they knock it out the park every time. Super fast printing and shipping and the quality is fantastic. I've even gotten pieces framed by them in a pinch and it's in my hands within days, I don't think i've ever waited more than a week, including when there was that snow storm. I have asked them…read morerepeatedly not to include their stupid Tootise Roll lollipop in my order because in a recent delivery, it melted and ruined everything. I had to have it reprinted, adding time and expense to my own work flow. Naturally, I included a note and I asked never to have a lollipop sent to me moving forward. Here's the kicker - they said they can't remove it from their packaing but they could if they drop shipped it to me. AMEN! Finally a solution, Right? Wrong. Then they said they would CHARGE me to drop ship my own order to me to fix their mistake. Appartently drop shipped orders don't include their ridiculous lollipop, which tells me they can remove it if they really need to. They insisted there was NOTHING they could do about charging me for drop shipping. I said that it needs to be escalated and I'm not spending any more time on this. They took my money, as I can see my card was charged, but no apology, no offer to mitigate - nothing. I have had no fewer than 5 calls with them about this idiotic lollipop policy. I have zero time for this. I'm very busy, and I'm the customer, If I say I don't want your stupid lollipop, I don't want your stupid lollipop. To add insult to injury, in addition to being a grown ass adult who doesn't need to be patronized with candy, I'm a type 1 diabetic, so it's like opening the box and seeing a giant middle finger looking back at me. If they can correct this issue without whining about it, I'll update my review. But for now, zero stars.

I received a prompt reply asking for more specifics. Initial communications were good, but then my department received new mandates about the materials we needed so I went to follow up with The Print Shop liaison, Chuck. In my email to them, I gave more specific information and needed an updated quote to take back to management for approval. No reply from them for a week now. I don't know what happened, but they went from same day answers to the cold shoulder after we submitted the additional information with the request for an updated quote. We decided today not to go forward with The Print Shop for our printing needs.

We were late to order them but Jerry's worked to get them ordered in time. We picked up from their loading dock and they helped load everything for us. We have returned for additional items - lunch bags, pens, putty, etc. Everything turned out great and we have received so many compliments on our swag! We even had requests for info on our swag company :) Robin is next-level amazing. She is quick to respond and is incredibly helpful. We will continue with Jerry's for years to come!
